I placed two orders with Tapered and paid in full. As of 11 October 2026, neither has been delivered.

Order #15869, placed 29 August 2026: still not shipped more than six weeks later, with no update on when it will ship.

Order #15995, placed 27 September 2026: two weeks later, the order hasn't even been dispatched.

Both orders still show as "Unfulfilled" in my account, and I haven't received a single dispatch confirmation or update.

I have emailed their support asking them todispatch both orders immediately with tracking and refund the express delivery charge or cancel both orders and refund the full.

Be careful when ordering here.

Honestly, these shirts are so good. I’m just waiting for the denim one to come back in stock in my size. I’d also like to see some patterned designs as well. I would just fill my entire wardrobe with these shirts, and probably will over time, they’re just that good!

I ordered a T-shirt, but they didn't deliver it. They moved the delivery date twice by at least a month. They refunded it when I asked, but overall, it was poor service, and I won't be back.

Extremely disappointing experience. The sizing is considerably smaller than advertised — my partner normally wears a 2XL, yet even their 4XL shirts were too small. Given that these items are not cheap, I expected much better.

I returned items from two orders, which Royal Mail confirmed were delivered on 13 and 17 August. Despite Tapered stating refunds are normally processed within 7–10 working days, I received no refunds at all.

I emailed on 23 August to chase the matter and, more than two weeks later, haven't even received an acknowledgement. This level of customer service is abysmal and completely unacceptable.

I've now been forced to raise a dispute through my bank simply to recover my money, who have temporarily refunded me while they investigate.

Based on my experience of inaccurate sizing, failure to issue refunds and appalling communication, I would strongly recommend avoiding Tapered Menswear and spending your money elsewhere.

Absolute mess of a company. Can't review the product as they never arrived but I wouldn't want too as I've now seen how they conduct business.

I’m 6'3", around 90kg, with a broad chest and shoulders but a relatively slim waist, and I’ve always struggled to find T-shirts that fit properly.
Standard sizes are either too baggy around the middle or too short, especially once the fabric has to sit over my chest and shoulders. When I stand up straight, many T-shirts ride up or don't account for my proportions.

This is genuinely the best-fitting T-shirt I’ve ever owned. It fits closely across the chest and arms without feeling restrictive, tapers properly through the waist, and—most importantly—is actually long enough. The sleeves sit snugly around the upper arms rather than flaring out, and the overall shape looks fitted without appearing too tight.

After disappointing experiences with other supposedly athletic or tall-fit brands, the difference is immediately noticeable. I only ordered one as a test, but I’ll definitely be ordering more. Highly recommended for taller men with a broad, athletic build who struggle with standard T-shirt proportions.

I found the find my fit spot on, as a smallish guy the V neck T I ordered fits great and I will use Tapered as my first port of call when ordering again.

The shirt I bought fitted perfect. I'm 5'9, 74kg and I bought a small.

I can finally stop searching for a flattering polo shirt that doesn’t bag, sag or billow out at the sides, because this delivers everything the ad promised. It flatters the shape I worked hard to achieve without looking try-hard. High quality material and construction make me confident it won’t lose shape after a few washes. I’ll buy more products with no hesitation.

Quality of shirt was great, disappointingly fit was slightly too small around neck and biceps. I was happy to exchange but XL option was out of stock. This means I have to return (at my cost) and then reorder later on, which is a shame.
Will definitely reorder when available.

I ordered at the beginning of January, and after contacting them I got a replay with a very vague delivery date of February. They say on the website the shirt is marked to be on backorder, which was not the case when I ordered. Very poor performance for pricey items

Firstly, their clothing is excellent quality. As the name suggests, it's also well fitted (tapered). I always go back to them when looking for essentials!
Hopefully, in the future there can be expanded ranges.

Great quality t shirts. They fit great around the shoulders but are a bit tight on the waste some times.

What I like about these button down is they look great if you are in decent shape, especially the dart stitching at the lower back which allows the upper back and glutes to be displayed naturally without the need of a waist coat. The fabric has a nice stretch while being durable, so it is comfortable to wear during the fall and spring season. I ordered a couple to rotate them and am pleased with how I feel in them for semi-casual meet ups.

Website is very well designed and makes it easy for the customer to identify their right size in clothing. Customer contact is excellent through advising the customer of the delivery schedule through to following up to ensure the customer is satisfied with purchase. 10 out of 10 in all aspects.

Very good product and service
I recently ordered 2 black XL T shirts which were a bit too large and Tapered immediately replaced them with L size which fit very well. Also slightly thicker material than most T shirts which will be perfect for Autumn. Very happy!

i like to wear long sleeves polos. this one is by far the best. the way its cut to give room for my lats and tapers down to my waist without bagging out like the others. my only complaint is i wish they had more colors. great buy!

I've been searching for years for a retailer that makes clothes that are reasonably priced, high quality and most importantly don't make me feel like I'm wearing a bin bag. I'm not a beefcake by any stretch, just fairly broad shoulders and not fat. Almost all clothes I get (slim fit or whatever) are either too tight around the shoulders or too baggy at the waist.
I ordered a couple of items and it's as of they were made to measure. So pleased! Will be coming back, probably to restock my entire wardrobe. 😁

Great quality. Better than expected.
I am so distrustful of buying anything in social media as I have had bad experiences.
However Tapered was actually very very good.
The fit is bang on. The cloth is actually extremely good quality. Everything feels well made and high end. Which I need as I don’t look after anything.
Very pleased with this company.
