Awesome product and Team
I have been using Tapi for a few years and recently started using it to process Water Invoices, what a game changer! No need to calculate the tenants portion.

absolute garbage
absolute garbage, it removes spaces when you are typing, wont upload images and there is no dashboard to review open items. the chatbot is dumb and asks stupid, irrelevant questions. honestly, who ever designed this should be ashamed of how terrible it is. Its actually a joke how bad it performs

TAPI is a game changer!!!!

I love TAPI!
I love TAPI! It just makes sense. I rely on this tool for all my property maintenance, it’s super easy to navigate and use. Has a great overview of all jobs and their status. I get faster responses from clients, trades, and tenants, and all the information is kept in one place. It also makes it simple for other property managers to step in and manage jobs if needed. TAPI definitely makes my life as a property manager so much easier!

Tapi? More like crapi
Most inefficient and redundant software I could possibly imagine. Instead of sending off a clear succinct email or filling outt a brief maintenance request form this requires a constant back and forth with a halfwitted ai chatbot that needs clarification after clarification. It has probably taken me 4x as long to sort out a basic maintenance request as the damn thing doesnt know what a banister is. The useability of this software is absolutely appalling for tenants and I imagine a complete waste of money for rental agencies. A well designed form would be a thousand times more efficient and cheaper than this hunk of ai crap.
