Had a brief panic having not received any delivery information the day before delivery was scheduled, mainly due to reading other reviews!
Rang them first thing in the delivery day to be told I would get a delivery slot sometime later in the morning. They then rang me back at just after 9 with the approximate delivery time, which was (bizarrely) more accurate than the time window I received from the delivery company.
Maybe I got lucky or maybe planning ahead and not requiring next day delivery made all the difference.
Only suggestion for improvement would be, given the reviews below, providing customers the day before with confirmation that their delivery is on schedule.
Would use again…

Sheets of mosaic tiles packaged tile-to-tile with no protection between or around them other than a thin sheet of plastic between layers. Obviously all 13 sheets of tiles broken and chipped. The company dealt with the situation well and offered a full refund but it put a further delay on an already tight pre-Christmas project that cost us in other ways.

I had some tiles arrive today that were a specific colour online. I was very disappointed to see when they arrived that they were a completely different colour than what was represented in photos.

My only positive point is that they arrived on time with next day delivery so we were pleased on that part.

Such an impressive and efficient service this company provides. I ordered the tiles and received them on my chosen day four days later by Fed Ex. The tiles were well packaged and of good quality. I’m so pleased I didn’t read the trust pilot reviews. The Google ones are excellent. The delivery charge was reasonable. Some of the tile companies were double the cost.

I think I should have read the review’s first, I ordered some big spin leveling spacers had an email on the 6th of August saying my order was ready 2 to 3 days delivery it’s now the 15th not another word or sign of my order.

Ordered tiles and self levelling compound on Tuesday for express Thursday delivery (and was asked to pay an extra £10 specially for that). The items were sent separately.

The self levelling compound was delayed by the courier company from Thursday to Friday, and now again to Monday. I had to find out by calling them myself, they never informed me about the delay.

The tiles were never sent out and I only found out by checking with Target myself. Seems their supplier missed the order. They have now promised Monday delivery. Let's see...

My tiler is on site doing nothing all day, cost me £300 for his daily rate.

I tried to save £100 by ordering from Target and it has fully backfired. Pay extra for a reputable company that sticks to promised delivery days.

One of the best companies I have dealt with. From getting some samples to getting Delivery on time . A few broken tiles which Kieran dealt with very quickly without any problems. The quality of the tiles were Great and the saving were incredible compared to high street tiles shops . I was kept informed of Deliveries which came on time .

BE WARNED!! Trust me believe the reviews... I read the reviews & stupidly decided to give them a chance so Ordered on Wednesday night 8 bags of grout next day delivery which would be delivered on Friday for a job on Saturday. My wife cancelled & gave away 2 tickets Togo to thorpe park in the Friday with our daughter. I phoned them at 13:40 on the Friday to ask why I had no delivery or any contact from a courier to say they were coming & why the tracking code they supplied me with was void. After this call I received an email 5 minutes later telling me that they had now only just completed my order. Phoned them again to chase up & received another email CLEARLY LYING & BLAMING "PALLET WAYS" their courier stating that they were a day behind due to staff shortages.... which they might of got away with if they hadn't just completed my order half way through the day it was due to be delivered. It is now Monday let's see if I get a delivery 5 days after I ordered. I also paid next day charges from 3 company's to do this job & now have to find someone else to help me & lose half a days wage to do the job next Friday a week late. ABSOLUTELY USELESS & a COMPLETE & UTTER DISGRACE!!!
I'm not saying don't order from them. I'm not saying they won't deliver but there's a good reason their next day delivery price is cheaper than anyone else's (almost half) & their reviews so bad is they are just selling you a service they can't deliver on consistently... but they got your business/money.
I have clicked to share this review with Target Tiles soo get ready for usual management lies/let's blame someone else instead of just apologizing & taking ownership!! U can't keep passing the blame to your courier you hire. If you hired a chef that burned food u would hire a new one that could deliver on your expectations. LYING MANAGEMENT SNAKES!!!

Having bathroom upgraded to splash shower room. Decided to keep original 200cm x 200cm tiles and just buy some replacement for those that needed replacing. Ordered 200cm x 200cm, got 198cm x 198cm which my tiler says are two known / recognized different sizes. Contacted Target and they say "These are manufactured as a 200x200mm tile and with the allowed tolerances nowadays these can vary by 2mm either way from batch to batch." My tiler says "BS".

I have ordered 2 times from them and all 2 times we had an issue with the delivery,
I have recently booked a tiler and placed an paid for the specific delivery date and they still haven’t delivered my goods to me.
Team is not helpful at all!
NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!

Great Customer Service Experience from Kieran who helped me get a sample quick time as my project deadlines were looming. He also helped me place the order as I was quite stressed at the time and couldn’t find what I’d ordered on the website. Furthermore the tiles arrived on time and are great quality. I’m never shopping anywhere else now for tiles. Thanks!!

Way off target tiles!. I'd been searching for some specific floor tiles to replace our 'slippy' porch step ones that would hopefully provide grip for a family member who has mobility issues, after placing and paying for the order I eventually took delivery of the wrong tiles, after being messed around by both sales reps it seems that they didn't have these tiles and tried another supplier who just sent whatever. I'd arranged a tiler for two days who I had to pay off one days pay! I then had to phone target to get my money back, I asked him what was happening about the wrong tiles and he said just keep them as the supplier won't be bothered, a short while later a courier turned up without any call/email from target etc to collect the tiles, the small pallet of tiles were placed in the garage for security and I was isolating with covid and so I instructed him my situation and I was in no fit state to sort it out so he left, the next day, sure enough target tiles rep is on the phone saying his supplier had tried to collect!! I had to stay calm whilst trying to explain the whole farce, anyway I've since returned the item and also looked on there site and they are still advising goods they don't have or stock. Beware before committing.

Excellent value tiles at half the price. Excellent customer service. Delivery on time.

Found the tiles I was after at 1/3 of the price Topps were quoting me. Quick delivery and get selection. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant experience. Fast delivery, friendly staff and delivery drivers.

I ordered 300 of the Octagon Cathedral White 200x200 & Black Taco Floor Tiles. They were delivered within 3 days and the communication by the company on the delivery was first class. The delivery driver was also really friendly and helpful.

The tiles are beautiful. The professional who laid them is so impressed with them he’s ordered them for his own hallway floor 😀 They look thin but don’t be fooled, they’re porcelain and therefore super tough (it’s only ceramic tiles that need to be thicker for floor use) - our contractor said they’re difficult to cut which is a good thing and a sure sign they’re very hard wearing. They’re also really nice to walk on and not slippy when you walk on them in socks.

After searching local and national and being let down twice on orders. I was beginning to give up hope, nowhere had stock and I was being giving dates of two months in the future, I then came across Target tiles, in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, kept informed of delivery and arrived on time. 👍
