Absolutely perfect service! And the best halva on the market! I'm just heading to buy some more :)

You could buy some products with Italian and Mediterranean names at Sainsbury or any other supermarket that have never been near the Mediterranean or shop here. You will find authentic produce with the taste you remember from holidays. You would never find that at Sainsbury's. Add to that unique products you wont find in the supermarkets and a first rate service and you like me will shop there again and again

I haven’t used them yet but I’m so glad I managed to find someone who sells green pasta sheets as they taste much better than white pasta ones and the delivery was very quick so I’m happy

The service has been rubbish. Ordered goods a week ago no information about delivery company so couldn’t track it. Goods have still not arrived, company has not responded to emails or telephone calls. Payment has been collected. Previous company owners were excellent but whoever has taken over should not be in buisness.I Will Not Use This Company Again.

Unresponsive business combined with poor customer service

One of the olive oil bottles was broken, I sent a photo and requested a replacement or refund.

They did not respond for over a week

I had to throw out the bottle.

Then they responded after a week saying I had to return the bottle and would not refund or replace

This business does not understand customer service and as an online-only retailer is unresponsive to problems with their supply chain including sending broken bottles of olive oil which they have not bothered to check before sending out

They just lost a customer of several years

Quick delivery- no problem

Charged me for next day delivery but received my items 2 days later. No other delivery options was given other than paying for the next day delivery which I didn’t receive and didn’t need it next day.
Didn’t provide the service.

Really impressed with the personal service. Will definitely be ordering again in the future.
