Das Produkt an sich kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich jetzt 2 Wochen darauf warte. Auf Nachfrage beim Support gibt's nur eine automatisierte Mail, daß die Beantwortung aufgrund hoher Nachfrage länger dauern kann... Auch schon einige Tage her...
Der Support ist eigentlich nicht Mal den einen Stern wert.
Wenn ich bis nächste Woche nix gehört habe, werde ich meine Bestellung stornieren.
Vielleicht bekomme ich ja mit ner schlechten Bewertung schneller eine Antwort, hier scheint ja der Support zu reagieren...

Het spijt ons oprecht dat u zo lang heeft moeten wachten en dat u geen bevredigend antwoord heeft ontvangen.
Door de onverwacht hoge vraag naar onze producten, gecombineerd met tijdelijke voorraadtekorten en vertragingen bij één van onze leveranciers, zijn er helaas vertragingen ontstaan bij het verwerken van sommige bestellingen en supportaanvragen.
We doen momenteel alles wat we kunnen om deze situatie zo snel mogelijk op te lossen en verzenden inmiddels weer actief bestellingen.
Als u nog geen verzendbevestiging met trackinginformatie heeft ontvangen, kunt u deze waarschijnlijk morgen of begin volgende week verwachten.
Nogmaals onze oprechte excuses voor het ongemak en bedankt voor uw geduld en begrip.

Ich habe meine Bestellung am 16. Mai aufgegeben. Bis heute habe ich eine Versandbestätigung für Produkte erhalten. Auf Nachfrage lautet die einzige Antwort "Sie hätten eine hohe Nachfrage und daher würde sich die Lieferung verzögern". Ich habe die Bestellung gestern storniert. Sollte es keine Antwort geben, werde ich den Fall PayPal melden und das Geld zurückholen.
Update 28.05: Der Support hat sich gemeldet. Da meine Bestellung vermutlich etwa zeitgleich mit meiner Stornierung versandt wurde, wurde mir die Möglichkeit geboten, die Annahme der Sendung zu verweigern und eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten, was ich angenommen habe. Ich danke für die Kooperation.

We did prepare and plan for increased demand following the launch and rebrand, however the response and number of orders significantly exceeded our expectations in a very short period of time. This unfortunately caused temporary stock shortages and delays in processing some shipments.

Been drinking Coffee 2.0 for a while now, so switching to Tasty Dose felt natural --> same products, just a new name. Or so I thought. The taste is noticeably different, even better than before.
I ordered right around the launch. Clearly, half the internet had the same idea. :) They sent an apology for potential delays before I even thought to check my order. Ended up arriving right on time anyway, but I appreciated that they got ahead of it. It was worth the wait.

Not delivered order
Did the order and payment on 16th May. Getting the confirmation email “Your order is packaged and will be delivered”. The status till 27.5. - nothing has changed. On my request I got 2 emails “sorry for the delay, we’ve got a lot of orders, your order might be delivered within a few days”. There is no phone number , only email. I regret I made the order here.

Finally Able to Enjoy Coffee Again Without Stomach Issues
As someone with IBS, regular coffee always caused me bloating and stomach issues, so I had basically given up on it. Tasty Dose Mushroom Coffee completely changed that for me! I can finally enjoy coffee again and get the energy boost I was missing without feeling bloated or dealing with diarrhea afterward. It’s gentle on my stomach, tastes great, and has become part of my daily routine. Highly recommend to anyone with a sensitive stomach or digestive issues!

Ich vertrage diesen Kaffee nicht also wollte ich Retoure machen aber dieser muss zurück gesandt werden nach Slowenien und die Versandkosten trägt der Kunde dabei selbst. Das sollte man wissen wenn man retouniert. Ich bestelle nicht mehr der Kundenservice ist auch nicht wirklich gut lassen auf Rückmeldung warten. Nur 1 Stern sorry

I placed my order on May 19 and since…
I placed my order on May 19 and since then I have received absolutely no information about it.
I received the invoice/payment confirmation, but no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and it seems like the order has not even been processed or dispatched yet.
I have contacted support multiple times by email, but I only receive automatic replies and no actual response from a real person.
I understand delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers after prepaid orders is very frustrating and unprofessional.
I would really appreciate an update regarding my order or a refund.

Due to unexpectedly high demand for our products, combined with temporary stock shortages and delays from one of our suppliers, there has unfortunately been a short delay in processing some orders. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
We are already actively shipping out orders again, and your order is currently planned to be dispatched within the next few days, most likely by the end of this week or early next week. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, you will automatically receive a tracking link by email where you can follow the shipment.

Wij zijn inmiddels weer actief bestellingen aan het verzenden en uw bestelling staat momenteel gepland om binnen de komende dagen verzonden te worden, waarschijnlijk tegen het einde van deze week of begin volgende week. Zodra het pakket aan de vervoerder is overgedragen, ontvangt u automatisch een trackinglink per e-mail waarmee u de zending kunt volgen.

I don't really like regular coffee…
I don't really like regular coffee taste and I often crash in the afternoon so I was really happy I found cocoa flavoured drink that gives me steady energy and focus throughout the day. It has no mushroom aftertaste at all and it's not too sweet as well. Overall a really good and tasty drink.

Extrem lange Lieferzeit
Das Produkt (Coffee Starter 2.0) werde ich wohl nie bewerten können da es wohl nie kommen wird. Lieferzeit sollen 1-4 Werktage sein, jetzt sind es drei Wochen seit der Bestellung. Keine Tracking-Nummer. Aber Hauptsache das Geld ist abgebucht.

Good marketing but the product is disgusting (fake flavour - I tried the coffee with caramel). Very aggressive e-mailing policy. And the quality of the „gifts“ is very low. Falling apart after one try.
