Tatton Home are easily one of the nicest companies to deal with. They have a great range of gifts, the ordering process is easy and straightforward and any queries are dealt with efficiently and promptly. I ordered several Steepletone Christmas LED screw down filament lightbulbs with marble stands which are fantastic. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a quirky bulb and shade in October from tatton home and was quickly contacted by Anna the next day to say there was a delay with the bulb and did I want a refund or wait and she would keep me updated. I chose to wait as it was a Christmas present. Anna kept me updated and responded quickly to queries and it arrived today perfectly packaged. I may have considered cancelling the order had it not been for Anna’s customer service. Would highly recommend as a place to buy gifts from.

Every year I buy a new special Christmas tree decoration. This year it was the Best Years knitted mouse from Tatton Home website. So cute. Tatton Home never disappoint - their stock is always good quality.

Ordered some star place mats . Enquired when they would arrive and got a wonderful email back and they were posted straight away so I would get them quickly. They were personally taken to the post office. By Anna and the email from her was also lovely.

What a great service. Ordered the item and as I live in Knutsford it was delivered to my door the next day. The product had been wrongly priced on the website, and they even contacted me to let me know and actioned a refund. Great customer service and products. Would absolutely buy again. Thank you
