Quality service
Quality service! Ordered on the Thursday and received the delivery on Saturday. Great products, too. Have bought from them before (in the shop nr Covent Garden) but this was the first time ordering on-line. Defo recommended!

Watch out for extra costs due to Brexit.
I bought a necklace on the website. Since I am living in Europe, I had to pay extra taxes for the importation.
You might want to add a warning about that for foreign customers.
The taxes were as high as the price of the necklace... absurd. Thanks Brexit! :/

Hi Marine,
Since 1st January we updated our Terms and Conditions to reflect that for all non-UK purchases the buyer (you) is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties. We wish this wasn't the case but it is out of our hands.
We are however looking into ways we can offer pre-paid duties so that you wouldn't have any surprises.
We've taken your comments on board and added in more details to our FAQs and Delivery pages online.

UPDATED - I have updated my review to 5 stars because Tatty Devine have been excellent & provided a first class service to remedy an issue that I had with a chain I purchased. They acknowledged the issue promptly, their communication has been first rate & helpful, keeping me updated throughout. In addition to having a lovely chain (Lipstick Kiss Necklace - Mirror Red), their customer service has been 10/10. Thank you Team Tatty!

I am very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the quality of the clasp and jump ring that you have received on your new necklace.
Our Lipstick Kiss Necklace is hung on our antique gold style chain and findings which do sometimes vary in colour in places due to the antique effect patina on this particular chain. It would be very helpful if you are able to send a picture of your necklace chain to our lovely Care Team at care@tattydevine.com and we will be delighted to take a closer look and advise on a replacement.

Been shopping with Tatty Devine for years now, always a delight when I've had to contact customer service, friendly and quick service. Items have always shipped in timely manners, and well packaged. When (I was able) to visit their stores (mainly Covent Garden) the staff were friendly, and always a delight.
