I can thoroughly recommend Alex and his team,I am always able to get an appointment which fits in with my timetable, they send reminders via mobile which is useful.The receptionists are friendly,approachable and professional. Alex has most definately improved and eased my back issues enabling me to continue with certain aspects of my job that had become difficult and painful. Always professional and empathetic, he is immensely knowledgeable.

To me Alex Bowling is an excellent chiropractor. For me as an older client with back pain, he does not use the dreaded crunching technique where you feel your back was not meant to go into those sort of shapes!
Instead he used massaging techniques which did not imvolve any joint cracking.
It took time but my back is now back to normal and I am now very careful how I cough!

I found the experience very relaxing and after his expert diagnosis, and after listening very carefully to my debilitating problem ,
I knew i was in safe hands and after a few appointments on my neck and shoulders, The pain i was experiencing was subsiding and my movement in these areas has improved immensely .

I’ve been seeing Alex, for many years now and I honestly can’t recommend him highly enough. He is fantastic — incredibly experienced, knowledgeable and always up to date with the very latest practices and research. Whether I’m visiting for regular maintenance and injury prevention or for help when I’ve suffered with neck and back pain, his diagnosis and treatment are always spot on. It’s the only place I ever walk out of feeling instant relief and moving better.

Alex has a real gift for making you feel relaxed from the moment you walk in. He is approachable, easy to talk to and has a great sense of humour, which makes every appointment comfortable and reassuring, even when you’re in pain.

The clinic itself offers massage physiotherapy and other treatments, and these are also excellent. All of the staff are lovely — warm, friendly and genuinely caring — which makes it without doubt the best place in the area. The whole team creates such a positive atmosphere that you know you’re in the best hands.

The attentiveness was second to none, not only from Alex but also Bev the receptionist. I hobbled in after having suffered repeated pain on and off for years. After initial treatment of acupuncture and exercises to do at home, the pain was already disappearing within 4 days. I had a second round of acupuncture just to see me on my way.
