A fantastic experience and quality product, kept updated throughout on a routine basis without promoting and the business owners delivered and installed the bed themselves. Really helpful, amazing service and deservedly 5 stars. I never leave reviews but their effort deserved some favour in return- a pleasure to do business with, thanks very much!

I have used Taurus Beds for many years. The quality has always been excellent, both beds and mattresses.
One snag this time was that three screw threads had been omitted.
I would not buy a bed elsewhere, Taurus quality and consistency are the best.

Ordered a bed because they had exactly what I needed to fit into a very restricted space. Delivered on time by two delightful chaps that would have assembled the bed (all part of the package) but I elected to do it myself. It was a doddle. Everything fitted. End product looks good, is rock solid, and very very comfortable. Maybe not the cheapest but, as my granny would say, 'Buy cheap, buy twice' - and having had a cheaper bed break in the middle (and I'm not that that heavy) I think she was right.

The communication before hand was great with the staff in the office. Delivery was at the agreed time and the bed looks great.

This is the second bed we have bought from Taurus beds. The other bed is still going strong, we have only upgraded to a larger size! Very happy with Taurus beds!!

Have just bought a bed which needed replacing . Many years ago bought a wooden bed from Taurus which is still beautiful and so comfortable; it wasn't cheap but it's been worth it because of the quality and hasn't needed replacing quickly .
They are a really lovely small family company, which I like
I'm sorry the shop front is closing but I understand they are still going and their website is actually really good anyway .
My only minor niggle was the delivery as they came early and one thing was forgotten.However, even with that they resolved it really quickly. Really great genuinely.

Very nice people came on time, as promised, constructed the new bed and took away the old one without any fuss. Very satisfied.

Took a while to receive the bed but it’s a beautiful piece of work, very sturdy and really good quality.

The bed is fantastic, and the mattress. We had a Made to measure bed and mattress for our son's room. The sizing had to be spot on to fit into a tight space. It was. The mattress is more comfy than I expected too. it's a medium to firm but I was worried it would be too firm. It isn't.
Delivery and build was great. The person turned up on time, very polite and friendly. Installed the bed quickly.
The only reason it's not 5 star is that I would prefer more proactive updates of when the bed would be available. I had to phone and ask but would prefer a quick email update to advise that everything's on track and will be delivered before X date.

We went to the Show Room and received really excellent advice and support - not pushy, just really helpful. Delivery was in the time frame promised and the team also provided helpful advice following delivery as we were having difficulty with the closing mechanism. Not faulty.... just stiffer than we expected!

Ex display chest of drawers are fabulous. Good quality, solid and looks beautiful in our room. Sorry to see your shop close but will be back for an online purchase in the future.

Ive had Taurus mattresses for years and they are the best. they come in 3 different firmesses. The delivery was easy and they deliver when its convenient for you too. Great company and reasonable prices too.
