The in-store salesperson was helpful…
The in-store salesperson was helpful without being intrusive, gave me as much time as I wanted to test and try. Delivery was when they said it would be- unpacking and fitting and removal of old mattress was all completed in 10 minutes.

Continuing to provide very good products and service
I have for many years brought Taurus beds and mattresses and find their quality, service and value for money so good that I have stuck with them. They gave a very personalised service with my latest mattress order and I was able to discuss various details of the order with them before finalising it. Delivery was prompt.
