It so hard to find good brand authorization. They helped me get an exclusive brand authorization, though it took a little longer than expected. But this wholesaler is doing their best for e-commerce resellers.

yes they ship very late and keep saying ups has picked up but they dont updated it.

A bit delay in communication but good products

Took a month to get my stuff shipped to Amazon , they told me that my inventory was collected from UPS when they did not . Only after few days i saw the packages moving towards Amazon, when Amazon received the packages they counted 92 items each box instead of 100 each. In both boxes were missing 8 units each and they blamed Amazon saying we double check our shipment before sending them out ( you could not even established which day the UPS picked up the packages) so each units was worth around 26$ . 16 multiple 26$ is 416$ lost . I am lucky if i am gonna break even with them.
