Did claim with them over 12 was ago

Did claim with them over 12 weeks ago. Not heard anything not responded to emails and no number to contact them probably a scam

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

If I could give zero stars I would as this company is nothing but a SCAM.

They convince you to go through them to claim your tax back & proceed to get you a small payment, to gain your trust.
They then contact you again saying that there’s still more tax due to you, so as they’ve already been successful once, you go again.
This time (unbeknownst to you) it’s for a much larger amount, you sign all the documents.
One being that all payments from HMRC are to be made payable to them.
HMRC send them the payment but they then never contact you again.
Their telephone line is continuously on voicemail, no amount of messages left get a response.
No one responds to your emails or letters sent in the post! So I shall now have to go there in person!
THIS IS A SCAM!!

They cant take NO for an answer

all this company does is what you can do yourself, but they take a cut. Now I've had a stroke and am now a bit mentally impaired. at first they talked me into giving them my details including national insurance number. After talking to my sister, she told me i shouldn't have done that, then i spoke to HMRC who said they weren't needed. when they called back i asked for my details to be removed, but instead they kept trying to convince me that its best to stay with them. I insisted that they remove me and i told them they're taking advantage of a vulnerable person. They called back 5 more times in within the next 2 hours. each time i told them I'm not interested and to delete my details. Now they are harassing me.

They just called again as I was writing this review
