We're sad to see such a review, however there's absolutely no reason to blame us.

We duly accepted your documents and sent them to the UK tax authority (HMRC). We received a tax refund for you and paid it to your account.

After that you came to us with a complaint that you received less money than you have expected. However we always remind our customers and this is part of our terms and conditions that we do not assume any responsibility for what we receive from HMRC and when. HMRC pays tax refund which they deem necessary and we have no control over that whatsoever.

Having said that we agreed to review your case and this has been done the same day you approached us. We examined again (though this is not our responsibility) your documents: three different P45 forms from three different workplaces.

Having calculated your tax refund we came to a conclusion that HMRC has paid the correct amount and offered you to explain the way it is calculated. Unfortunately you were not willing to listen or try to understand how taxes are calculated in the UK.

We provided you with a phone number that you can call to HMRC and ask them any questions you have. We also provided you with a documentary evidence that we received the amount that we paid you (less the commission).
