My original purchase had a fault with it, the customer service was very helpful and we agreed on a refund. I was so impressed with how it was resolved that I reordered the rings a few weeks later feeling confident that should there be a problem it would be sorted out.

They are so lovely I wish I could have chosen pure gold for the setting. The vermeil is very nice but the stones are so good they deserve gold.

The customer service was beyond what I have ever experienced… they got back to me super quickly whenever I emailed them and ended up delivering the ring 2 days ahead of the anticipated delivery date (at Christmas time when delays are almost impossible to avoid!!). They sent me videos of my ring during manufacture as I had a couple of questions and then another video upon dispatch).
I could not fault this company in any way and I am in LOVE with my 2ct oval solitaire ring!!
