Making a complex process simple
Amanda was very approachable and knowledgeable helping us with our wills. She explained everything clearly, was happy to answer all our questions and made the process really simple. She followed up promptly with answers to any questions that she couldn’t answer during the call itself. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for your help and for making a complex matter very straightforward.

Appointment to set up Will
Just had an online appointment for my Will with Lottie Heesom. What a pleasant experience she went through everything at a nice slow pace, was able to ask questions throughout and happy to clarify information a number of times.
Fortunately was not as complicated as I had thought. Now have peace of mind.

Will updates
We updated our will with the support of Charlotte Rawlinson. Charlotte approach very professional and very calm and kept reviewing the document to make sure that it met our needs and we understood each clause. Clear and useful
The consultant was well prepared (based on our pre-questionnaire) and took us very smoothly through the will-writing task. All questions were clearly answered, and we had time to think about the decisions we made. Though additional products were offered, there was no hard sell.

Great explanations for everything
Great explanations for everything - on such a touchy thing to be planning no one wants to think of death. Everything was explained fully and we got some add on that we got a great discount on/ no pressure to get but explaining why you would need them.

I used Taylor Lucas Partnership to write a new Will. Jonathan Taylor was helpful, friendly yet professional and provided good advice and answered all my questions with ease. Very impressed with their service which was conducted remotely via Teams, and so easy to get a convenient appointment date and time.
