Avoid this garage at all costs.

I took time out of my day to bring my car in so they could inspect what was a relatively minor repair. I then sat waiting for over an hour while they looked at it, only to be told I'd receive a quote shortly afterwards.

Six weeks later, I'm still waiting.

After one week, I chased them for the quote and was told the member of staff dealing with my case was on holiday. Since that conversation, I haven't received a single phone call, email or update despite waiting over a month longer. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable and shows a total disregard for customers' time.

This is the second poor experience I've had with Taylor's, and it has completely confirmed my opinion that this is a business to avoid. They were happy to take my time when it suited them, but once I'd left, there was absolutely no follow-up or customer service whatsoever.

If this is how they treat potential customers before they've even secured the work, I'd hate to think what the aftercare is like. I won't be returning, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We recently used this service department for work on one of our vehicles, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, helpful, and kept us updated throughout the process. As a dealer, it is important for us to have reliable partners that we can trust and we would continue to use Taylors without a doubt. A special thank you to Sally and Julie, who were polite, friendly and really helpful.

I agree with the previous review, appalling customer service. Seem to prolong investigations. Find an alternative garage!!!

Service manager has an appalling attitude. He needs to go on a customer service course. Shouting down a phone and interrupting you every time you try to speak is not professional to say the least. I would suggest going to an actual dealer instead of using this company. At least you will be handled by courteous staff

It is an awful company. I rang 2 weeks ago and booked my car for service.They told me the price and gave me a date. Their price surprisingly was about £40 more expensive than the Lookers (another jaguar services). I booked with them as they had early slot available (now I know why).When I took car for service they told me that they do not have my records and I had not booked with them . It was unbelievable. Not only they did not apologise they were rude and unmannered. They ruin even Jaguar reputation. Believe me next time I would not buy a Jaguar. Please do not use them and try to buy Mercedes or BMW.
