The general communication, thoroughness, and responsiveness from my Conveyancer, Daljit Dale, was exceptional, which certainly helped to alleviate the stress of the process. She was also extremely reassuring and supportive when I was faced with the Vendor's Estate Agent applying unnecessary and unwarranted pressure over exchange and completion dates. Yes you can do the former for a much cheaper price but no guarantee you will do it right as there is a vast amount of paperwork.
