We’ve checked our orders but unfortunately can’t currently locate an order under the name Zayn De Ridder. We also wish you had contacted us first, as we’re always happy to help troubleshoot any issue.
The card holder is designed to keep the card securely in place when inserted correctly, as shown in our product guides. If your particular case is faulty, we will of course replace it for you — no problem at all.

I had a bit of troubles with DHL but Stefan helped me to reach them out why it took so long to deliver, and he helped me till the very end till I had my package can’t wait to open it might gonna buy again!!

Package arrived quick but looked like a truck ran over it. But this is clearly DHLs fault.
Luckily the case was not damaged and arrived in top condition.
The case fits perfectly on the 17 Pro and the quality is very pleasant. Pokémon cards are fitting perfectly.
I also received a free pack of UV Sleeves, a Booster Pack and a single card.
