11 month old TCL RP320FBE0UK Total No Frost American Fridge Freezer door seal has gone brittle and is disintegrating. Contacted TCL sent all relevant info, receipt photos of failure etc only to be told not covered by warranty ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Was selected for product testing, which was great as my washing machine was ready for replacing.
The machine arrived and was brought into the house, I plumbed it in and have had no issues what so ever. I honestly would of NEVER bought a TCL appliance, because it isn't a big name like its competetors, I didn't trust the reliability (judging a book by its cover I guess) But honestly, I would consider them for any replacements in the future, I've never had a more solid and stable washing machine with perfect results. Looking at the cost of the machine it was on the cheaper side too. I could not be happier, and it has certainly changed my views on TCL as a company of quality products.

There politeness and understanding

The high quality and value of my TCL fridge freezer and 85 inch TV is exceptional. My TV wasn't compatible with uk streaming apps like iPlayer, the customer service team sent me a compatible Chromecast worth £80 as a a gogw. While there are some technical issues with my TCL 85C805K (brightness on power on are not correct until I manually change it) and 144hz 4k doesn't work with my nvidia PC but the sheer quality from the panel, for that price point is extremely cool.

I rely on TCL products. Bought biggest possible portable Air Condition unit in May 2023 to help cool down convenience store. It is doing surprisingly well when connected to ventilation system making it affordable ( below £2K) and very good performing setup working 6 hours a day since over year! Another TCL product worth attention is TCL FP0834WA0UK washing machine. I had it in June 2023 it is July 2024 now and it works perfect. In my previous review i wrote that its display looks faded.. after 8 months i noticed that i forgot to remove protection foil from screen only to see how bright it is :))) The washer is serving my family of 4 adults and 3 children under one roof, 2-3 washes daily with same performance every time which makes it Terminator between washing machines, it is simply indestructible. It is so silent i can wash while children have bedtime, its power and water efficiency is unbelievable my utility bills dropped.

Terrible. TCL tv warranty is pointless. The tv died less than 5 months of having it and TCL won't honor the warranty citing a third party nonsense clause.
Don't bother as they can't be bothered to help.

Had tv 7 months went faulty had new mothered board fitted thought everything be OK but then upon new motherboard tv arc would intermittently stop sound output, so repair men came out to fit another motherboard but tested tv arc and said it was working fine , I told them it would intermittently stop working but they would not repair it and left. I now have to use Bluetooth to output the sound, the tv is guaranteed for 3 years I now wish I had never purchased the tcl tv

Great support. Excellent communication. All other similar companies should follow TCL lead

Great price for a 40" Roku TV ...great spec.... perfect for my Sons bedroom

Its a good product and worth for money. But there some drawbacks as well. Wireless headphones cannot be connected to the live TV programmes, the next one If we watch a movie use a flash drive we cannot rewind or fast forward the content.

Great experience shopping with TCL, Maya was really helpful from start to finish, making sure she was keeping me updated. Ordered and delivered in good time. Fridge freezer is excellent and great value.

Top service from delivery to product, was a little unsure what to expect with tv, but having to know what to do to calibrate it all I can say it is awesome ( 85 inch TV ) you will be hard pressed to get as good a TV at twice the price I ain't joking, will stick with tcl for all future upgrades as well

Bought the TCL android 58 inch best TV we have ever had easy to setup cannot fault TV in anyway display is perfect why TCL had not brought this TV out before TCL beat top brands by huge standards

This company has made a quality product at a very competative price and i am very happy with it

TCL TV became very slow to response, when i ask help they tried to reset the TV and see finally engineer came and replace the motherboard as it was within the warranty periods and it helped

A lovely TV. Well made and works and looks great.

I bought a TCL 55C845K from Hughes UK. Really impressed with picture and sound O/K but had a problem with receiving terrestrial programs (BBC1, ITV etc). Picture kept breaking up etc. I changed the loft aerial and amplifier (I didn't have this problem with the Panasonic I replaced) but couldn't fix the problem. Hughes kindly replaced the TV with another 55C845K but that was the same. Eventually Hughes changed the TCL for a Panasonic which has been brilliant. Very please with Hughes and Panasonic, not so much with TCL!

So far..5 star performance on both tvs I've bought and the extra features..are all what you get on 1000 pound tvs ..and all for a very reasonable price..I for certain will be buying from tcl again..a high tech company ..with quality products thanks bryan
