While we strive to ship our products promptly, delays can still occur due to factors beyond our control once the packages are handed over to the courier services.

If you want your product, order from Amazon!!
I ordered this product a week ago. Before I even received it, I was asked to make a review. I was sent a tracking number that doesn’t work, and then was told that although they usually ship from Amazon, their supply was low, so they shipped mine from CHINA. If I would have known they were doing that, I wouldn’t have ordered. I expected this to arrive in 3-5 days with them using Amazon for delivery. Now the chat doesn’t seem to be working on their end and I have no way to find out when or IF I will receive this. Oh, and I paid 15.00 for shipping!!!!! 🤬

There's a visceral tumor in our cat. TCMVET has been treating Bai Tou Xiao for a while, and the results have been encouraging. She appears considerably more vibrant and well-groomed.
