I recently purchased a two-seater bench and a tall planter from TDP Outdoor Furniture, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the communication and service were excellent.

Before placing my order, I contacted the company to get some advice on the best options for my garden. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me make the right choice. Shortly after ordering, I received a confirmation email thanking me for my purchase, along with clear information about the expected completion and delivery dates.

The delivery arrived exactly on time, and the driver was fantastic—extremely helpful with offloading and positioning the items. The furniture is quite heavy, but the driver came fully prepared with a pallet and hand truck to bring everything right to the front of the property.

The quality of the furniture itself is outstanding. It’s made from 100% recycled plastic, which means no painting, no splinters, and it’s built to last. Plus, they offer a great choice of colours in addition to classic brown and black.

I really believe in supporting local, family-run businesses, and TDP has more than earned my recommendation. If you’re looking for durable, eco-friendly outdoor furniture with excellent service, I highly recommend them. Five great big stars given from myself.

A memorial bench for a valued member of our community. Very good communication from customer services in agreeing the inscription for the bench. Production time was quite long but was ready a little before the projected time. Because we were made aware from the outset this was not a problem. The bench was great quality and seems very sturdy and likely to last many years without needing annual maintenance, which was what we wanted. The family of the person remembered was delighted with the bench. Pricing was good also compared to other companies.

The ordering process and delivery time frame was clear, efficient and staff polite. The memorial bench is solid, heavy and durable. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the smaller finishing touches could be improved. For instance the silver rivets could have been painted brown to blend into the bench. The end caps could have been a darker brown than they are to blend more. The inscription could have been deeper and smoother. Saying this the bench is beautiful and I will be buying another. We had the memorial Community Lunch for our loved one two days after the delivery and all 40 plus attendees are impressed with the quality of this bench Thank you TDP for such good clear service.

My bench is lovely and very sturdy. I was kept informed throughout the process and staff were helpful and professional. The delivery driver was amazing and willing to go that extra mile!

Good communication and great product! Rang them on morning of delivery and they were able to give me a more accurate time slot which meant our day wasn’t wasted waiting around.

The memorial bench I ordered was delivered as agreed and was very well packed. It is now installed and looks very good, I am delighted with the product.

First and foremost, the bench we bought is fantastic quality and looks just the part. It now has a home in the Highlands and the fact that the recycled materials will last a lifetime and stand up to our sometimes harsh climate, was a huge selling point. The bench certainly wasn't cheap, but this is a quality, well made, and sustainable product - you get what you pay for. The service we received from TDP was also first class. The bench was bought as a memorial seat, and after a conversation, TDP ensured it would be produced and delivered in time for the 1st anniversary of my father's passing - a huge thanks due and very much appreciated. My experience with TDP? Couldn't fault a thing!

Nice straight forward transaction . Item arrived as promised and was on a pallet. The delivery driver was really helpful too. The bench is very sturdy and should last extremely well. Just hope it does not fade - fingers crossed ! Would recommend that you get a few strong people to help you position the furniture. Would have no hesitation in buying again.

Nice trough and looks nice with my other items, but was surprised for such a large pot, it wasn’t as deep as the outside

Great to be able to buy a product made from recycled material. Easy to order and delivery was on time. It looks well made and hopefully will last a long time with little maintenance.
