Fabulous product well packaged - value for money

I have been Ratan Mondal’s customer for many years. I buy first and second flush Darjeeiing, Kangra Valley, and his own spiced chai loose tea. He travels to the tea gardens every year to select his own teas - no agents buying here! The price he charges is fair and reflects the quality of the teas he brings for us. I like to go to his shop in Borough Market to hear the news. But on the occasions I need to buy online, the service is very efficient.
(He also has a wide selection of Chinese teas and other blends and flavours of tea.)
