Working with Teach Now
I joined Teach Now after previously working at a different agency and I prefer working at Teach Now. Teach Now offers a great service working with children in schools. The Staff I have spoken too the most and received the most support are as follows: Kirsty who helped me get signed up with Teach Now, Lisa and Joseph who were helping me complete my DBS form and provided me with the experience in schools. Everyone who I have spoken to at Teach Now has a great phone manner and are kind and considerate people. Teach Now provided me with Safeguarding training and taught me about Safeguarding myself as well as the children.

I've worked for Teach Now since November 2024 and they are a great company to work for. They are very supportive in finding long-term work. The consultants provide great advice and tips for job success and check-up on me from time to time. They have found me three long-term positions within the same locality of where I live. Furthermore, Teach Now are able to accommodate my schedule, offer additional training and help me manage my workload efficiently and effectively.

I had a fantastic experience with TeachNow, especially thanks to Lucinda. As this was my first job since arriving in the UK, I was quite nervous about the process, but Lucinda made everything so much easier.

She was incredibly supportive, friendly, and professional from the very beginning. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, guided me through each step, and was always available to answer my questions. Her communication was clear and reassuring, which really helped build my confidence.
