Amazing service, got my car wash and cleaned in 15 mins and was spotless. Thank you to the DAC team 👏

I'm a regular customer at DAC Car Wash on Warwick Road (B11). I went in this morning and stayed in the car while they washed it, assuming everything would be done properly. When I got home and stepped out, I noticed the roof was still dirty. I went back to let them know, expecting an apology and a quick fix, but they told me the marks were permanent. I wiped part of it with a tissue to show that the dirt came off easily.
I also asked about the alloys, which were still covered in dirt, and was told it was just brake dust.
I'm sharing photos and a short video so you can see the quality of the wash for yourself.

These guys do a great job,at the end of the day it really depends what you pay for what service you require.
I am always happy with the service and I always end up paying a little tip to keep the guys happy and more motivated.

DAC Car Valeting provides an okay service. The exterior cleaning is decent, but the interior often needs improvement. Communication can be better, especially during bookings. I’ve had mixed experiences, from very friendly staff to disappointing follow-ups. While the service is acceptable, I feel it doesn't always justify the price.

Complete incompetent ppl work for this shoddy outfit. Just instagram hype..scratch your car that's probably a more appropriate name for this company. Can't even wash a car properly. its the worst car wash i've ever had.

Very good brothers who provide a reliable service, however i feel that sometimes they dont pay attention to detail as there was some spots left out, but like i said punctuality and reliability wise you cant fault them

Booking was at company premises, we have a large open manned reception area. I had left the car keys with the receptionist whilst i attended a meeting. The valeter rang my number to say he had arrived, because i did not answer he waited a few minutes and left. I do not understand why he did not get out of his vehicle and report at reception, which when attended a company would be the normal thing to do. I had to fight for a refund and then its only been partly refunded. I would not use this company again.

I’m happy with this job by Batman DAC. I was served by Ali, who did an excellent job. I asked for an interior valet. Definitely will be booking again with him.

Arrived late again. Rushed job barely stayed 1h for £70. Appears to have damaged leather on seat. Rims still dirty after wash. Won't be using again.
