I’ve been working with Colby Pearce of EF Coaching for more than 5 years now, and he is a big part of my life.

I’ve grown as an athlete, but more importantly, I’ve grown as a man. Colby has helped me through some of the many challenges lives throws at us, and I’m grateful to have him as mentor and friend.

The workouts and training programs are just a small part of the overall guidance and support I get from Colby and EF, and I really can’t recommend him enough.

What can I say about my experience working with Zack and Team EF Coaching? I've been with them for a short time now, four months to be exact, and Zack has me pushing boundaries I would not have arrived at on my own. To be completely honest, I used a training app with Ai integrations for four years and I've seen more improvements in four months than I did in four years on my own. Zack and the team at EF Coaching are the real deal. They are humble, communicative, helpful, curious, insightful, and I genuinely feel like they are always looking out for my best interest. There are no egos or attitude and every meeting is like chatting with an old friend who wants to see you perform to the best of your abilities. Having Zack as a coach is like having a library full of cycling and training knowledge that is second to none.

I have been working with EF coaching for over a year. I have had a great experience working with coach Colby. He just has so much knowledge and experience, every conversation he is giving me a lot of information. He clearly spends a lot of time and effort figuring out how to deliver all of this information in a way that is digestible and usable for the athlete.
I have also had a great experience working with nutritionist Spencer. He has helped me dial in my race plans and trim down leading into my big events last year.

I've been working with Colby since before the inception of Team EF Coaching. The program he provides for me is effective and responsive to my individual needs. It is by no means a "canned" program but rather one that is tailored to my interests and capacity for training load. I have had measurable success in my competitions at the Masters level and have seen improvement in my times and execution due to Colby's program and advice, despite my advancing age.

Girona is one of the best places to ride your racebike in europe and the EF team made the ride almost perfect.

The Team EF Coaching camp in Girona was a wonderful experience and positively influenced my cycling abilities. It was well organized and the staff made sure all of my needs were taken care of. The coaching was top notch, and personalized for all participants. While it was a serious, training-focused camp, it was above all a fun experience as well.
