Elendig oplevelse – Hørsholm, hold jer væk.

Jeg har haft et stærkt utilfredsstillende forløb hos Estate Hørsholm. Mægleren (Rasmus) glemte at fremvise faciliteter og stemplede den køber, jeg selv endte med at finde, som "useriøs".Værst af alt blev jeg presset til at acceptere et bud langt under prisen og blev mødt med en ubehagelig tone, da jeg sagde nej. Da jeg klagede til chefen (Lasse), blev mæglerens adfærd blot undskyldt med "en dårlig dag". Derudover er jeg blevet bedt om at sende de samme dokumenter af flere omgange og der har været meget rod administrativt. Spild af penge når man skal gøre så meget af arbejdet for dem!

Det er dybt urimeligt at kræve fuldt salær, når jeg selv har fundet køberen og ordnet det praktiske. Sagen er nu indbragt for Disciplinærnævnet. Hold jer væk.

Min oplevelse med Estate i Lyngby har været en katastrofe fra start til slut. Efter flere løfter og aftaler, som de aldrig levede op til, tog jeg sagen i egen hånd og solgte min ejendom selv. Jeg gjorde alt arbejdet, men det stoppede dem ikke fra at forsøge at udnytte mig.

Først begyndte de med at kræve betaling for fotografering, som jeg betalte. Derefter lagde de en ‘administrativ pris’ oveni, som jeg også betalte i god tro. Men nu har de sendt mig en regning på fuld kommission, som om de selv havde solgt ejendommen – noget, de på ingen måde har gjort.

Dette er fuldstændig uacceptabelt, og jeg har nu inddraget min advokat for at sætte en stopper for deres handlinger. Jeg har desuden bemærket, at jeg ikke er den eneste, der har haft denne oplevelse – en hurtig gennemgang af anmeldelser på Trustpilot afslører, at mange andre er blevet udsat for det samme.

Jeg vil på det kraftigste advare alle mod at benytte Estate i Lyngby. Deres metoder er uærlige og udnytter deres kunder på en måde, der er dybt skuffende og forkastelig.

Gary did a fantastic job for us from start to finish and we were really satisfied with how he drove the whole process right through to completion of sale.
