They don’t like to take returns - returns go to a warehouse and even if the item is in the original packaging- they will open the original packaging and say that there are problems with the product just so they don’t have to provide a refund and will still keep the product. They are deceptive .Be cautious- DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR SITE IT IS A SCAM

Pro Standard is a garbage company . They have wack gear and worse customer service . Don’t waste your money . It’ll be on clearance soon since no one buys it .

So I had ordered 2 jackets for $398 for my cousin and his son for their birthdays. It was supposed to be a "Like Father Like Son" theme with matching jackets. The description says embroidered, but from the jump; my cousins wife had asked me "hey are these iron on patches?" And I told her "No they're supposed to be stitched, why?!" And sure enough the patches for the toddler's jacket weren't even stitched on. The patch was coming off the sleeve. On top of that, so many threads were coming out or hanging loosely on my cousins jacket. I spent $400 damn near and this is the quality they gave me. And on top of that when I was emailing them, they tried to tell me thatvit was only the toddler's jacket that was damaged. And I had to basically argue back and forth with them after I had already sent them clear photos of both jackets. Then they finally approved both items for a return. And I had told them that I didn't want a refund, that I just wanted to have them reship brand new ones. Which they had agreed to and promised me that they were going to send me new ones. Two days later they emailed me saying that unfortunately they no longer have the mens 3XL in stock. And that I was more than welcome to screenshot the new item I would like and send them the web link and that they would ship it to me. I told them "No you guys completely ruined their gifts! Why would I want a different jacket?! If the whole point of the theme was LIKE FATHER LIKE SON!" This gift set meant the world to me, because my cousin was brought into the 49er Nation by his father when he was a baby. And I was trying to continue the 49er Nation Legacy passing it down to the baby. Rickson Sr. Rickson Jr. & Rickson III (baby boy) and this gift was completely ruined from the start. Not to mention they delayed the delivery by 2 weeks so by the time I gave my cousin his gift. His birthday was already long past due. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!

If I could give negative stars I would. Beware that this site will not honor returns like they claim. We ordered 5 items to try different sizes, kept 3 of the items and returned 2. Never worn, tags attached, still have the creases in them from being folded in the shipping bags and still in their original bags. Not only did I have to pay for return shipping, then they tell me that my return was denied, and sent photos of the items as "proof" that the item had a small dot stain on it - which it did not because I have the photos that they make you take before a return with the items in perfect condition. It looks like they splashed water on it or something just to take a photo to make it look like a stain which it didn't have. As an ecommerce business owner myself, this is the worst customer service experience I have ever seen.

2/13 recieved a jacket i ordered from pro standard for $320 listed as $360 it was listed as Leather. Immediately the feel of it made me check the tags. The tags say polyester and polyurethane. So 2 days later I email about a return. We go back and forth for a total of about 11 emails because they want me to pay shipping! They say my complaint falls under "customer preference" not wrong item shipped. Come to find out all of their items are the same material. Now if it said faux leather it would be my mistake. But nothing in their description said what materials or faux. In fact there's no mater in description at all. Ive bout hats and shirts from them before and their fine. So I trusted them and its not a small company. So that was my mistake they mislead me and want me to ship in back but won't give me a label. I filed a claim with my cc company

Tried to return an unworn hoodie ($110). The hoodie photos on the website did not accurately portray the garment. Neither of my sons liked it! It had very "shiny" elements and decals that were not evident on the website. So the hoodie WAS NEVER WORN AND HAD ALL TAGS AND PACKAGING INTACT!! I had to send them photos, etc. in order for them to "approve the return", which they did. I then shipped it back to them via UPS ($16.97!!) and then they informed me that they would not refund me! Horrible horrible customer service. Long story short, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I will NEVER shop with them again!!!

I paid $160+ for a Lions coat and the quality is terrible the inner lining ripped in multiple places.

They do not accept returns or exchanges. They say they do on their website, but they just ignore you in emails. I don’t believe they have any actual inventory. This is a drop shipping website. This is why a lot of people are reporting their items have not shipped yet, because some items they must source before shipping. I’ve been ghosted just for wanting an exchange.

Don’t buy from this site! If u have to return something you can’t. No return address or phone number on their Web Site and the DO NOT return emails! Terrible company!!!

Great products and HORRIBLE service!

Ordered a beautiful Minnesota Twins varsity jacket that unfortunately arrived much smaller than advertised. Simply trying to exchange it for a larger size while still receiving the introductory 10% discount was a nightmare that literally turned out to be impossible to accomplish.

They don't have a phone number or an interactive chat so you have to communicate via email. And four times in a row their return emails completely ignored critical points included in my inquires. I finally gave up and decided to just return the jacket. I then had to exchange an additional half dozen emails and send them several photos just to get approved for a return. And then they don't send you a return label or provide a bulk shipping rate so it cost me $30 simply to return one jacket from Minneapolis to New York.

I loved the jacket, but will NEVER do business with these clowns again!

If I could give negative stars I would. Placed an order 12 days before Christmas with the shipping saying “arrives before Christmas“. My package sat with a pre shipping label and didn’t ship until 2 days before christmas and will not arrive until after Christmas. emailed customer service and no response.

Wearing a garment once for 2 hours, under normal conditions and having the fabric come apart from the seams is unacceptable. Then to tell me there's nothing that can be done to replace an obvious faulty piece of clothing is horrible business. This company should standby their merchandise and be able to at bare minimum provide some type of compensation or discount. I wasn't even asking for a refund, I loved the pants but with this type of quality I wouldn't dare buy another pair at full price. I hope everyone reads this. Please beware of this merchant, the quality is trash and they have horrible customer service. They don't stand by their product's in quality or with it's durability. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

CANCELED a jacket, they sent it anyway and it was the wrong one. I ordered a Bears, they seems me a Browns. Amazon won't allow me to review the item. On Amazon, literally only 1 review that's magically 5 stars but you can't view it. DO NOT BUY from this scammy company

I placed an order on 9/15/2025 and it is now 10/2/2025 — order has not been received although it is supposed to be coming from New York to Texas. BBB reviews are terrible with MANY similar experiences. I’m now going through my bank to dispute the charges. Will also try getting Pay Pal to refund my money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM teamprostandard.com.

I discovered too late there is no shipping information on their website — as in estimate shipping times. In addition, they do not have a phone number (only an email) to try to address issues.

Received an email response back first telling me to expect by 10/1/2025 then someone else sent an email stating that was “misinformation” and it would be 10/1/2025–10/6/2025.

I ordered from ProStandard on August 31st as a gift for a birthday. The order was processed quickly, but despite paying $9.95 for shipping, the package isn’t scheduled to arrive until September 16th — over two weeks later — for an item shipping from New York to West Virginia.
This was extremely disappointing. A gift meant for a special occasion will now arrive far too late, and the slow shipping time for the cost charged is unacceptable.
I reached out to customer service hoping for a reasonable explanation or at least a refund of the shipping fee. They continued to tell me that my order would arrive on the 16th and that shipping is 10-15 days and all orders are shipped the same, which is a lie.

Avoid This Company – Order Never Arrived, No Response!

I placed an order with Pro Standard on March 14, 2025, and paid $135 for a jacket I never received. Despite sending more than five emails and several Instagram messages, I received no response at all. The customer service is non-existent, and they completely ignore complaints. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam.
Do not waste your money with this company — they don’t deliver, they don’t respond, and they don’t care.

Buyer beware!

I have order a Varsity wool jacket and hoodie. Every one who has felt the commitment how well made they feel and the look is outstanding. Generally you will pay premium price, but they get order out fast .

I think they are fake
I tried to buy from the site, the money was charged without completing the order or sending confirmation of completion of the purchase!
I have sent to them more than once through the means of communication on the site without any response from them and now I am still stuck.
I advise never to deal with them.
