100% I would recommend TeamRH as a good solid way to lose weight, keep fit and learn about nutrition. I've only got about 4lbs to lose now and I'll continue to track even after I've hit target. What drops a point is there's a culture of swearing and belittling people - it goes over my head but I can see it would demotivate lots of people. It's so unnecessary, it's a great programme, you're letting yourselves down and losing credibility and professionalism.

Signed up not realising it was a 12 month contract (my fault however after speaking to several others it seems that it’s not mine alone and maybe it’s not that clear)

I struggle with m weight not because I am overweight but because I yo-yo between too skinny and on the top end of normal. I have tried to immerse myself in the support but find for me it is an unhealthy environment for my mental health. Having had grade 4 cancer some days I need picking up and not knocking down ten pegs which is what I feel this group is good for. If you need telling off, berating then this may be for you but for me it is not. I tried to cancel they will not let me and said if I did not pay they would take me to court dispute only ever using the app for less than a week. I will continue to pay as I require energy elsewhere however I would never recommend team RH and advise others to try other platforms to get the support they need.

My wife downloaded the app and as soon as she accessed it realised it wasn’t for her within seconds, without realising she had inadvertently signed up for a 12 month contract waiving cooling off rights.
Having cancelling the direct debit we received a threatening e mail and a you tube video link informing us of payment options.or debt collection threat.
Like many other of the reviews I am looking to complain to the Advertising Standards Agency and will contact the CAB and the BBC Watchdog around the underhand and misleading sign up tactics and the removal of negative comments from the RH team from Social media
Avoid this rip off company at all costs ! If it was any good you’d be allowed to cancel it anytime if the product is any good

Horrible company and I wasted 80 pounds on them. No help, no coaching, no guidance. Especially if you have chronic illness. Their TikTok’s are full of harsh and bullying content in disguise of “being brutally honest”. Truly awful.

Fantastic customer service snd support in online groups. Then olsn works. . .if you commit to it. Have seen reviews of people saying they didn't know certain things but everything is either in the app or online if you look. I had an issue with an order- fixed in 2 emails.

I have been on Team RH since 2020. I originally used it during Covid and lost 18lbs and then waivered (snacked between meals, stopped weighing myself etc) and gained some back....I then re-started it Oct 2024 and committed to the programme which is weighing myself every day (in pounds - less emotional!) weighing my food on digital electronic scales and most importantly 'not snacking between meals' and failing to log it! I use it in conjunction with Gousto which is brilliant for me as all the food is pre-weighed out and you are cooking from scratch with various recipes that has really improved my cooking! This is my way of life now. I have recommended it to so many people. I have lost 35lbs & trying to lose the last 5lbs and then will go into maintenance. Very reasonably priced. I think Team RH should scrap the monthly payment and get people to just pay the very reasonable annual fee. The trouble is you get people clicking to buy without reading it properly. We all want quick fixes but life isnt like that. Commit your money and yourself to the programme as it DOES WORK. Having done numerous slimming clubs over the years I am finally enjoying tasty good food, potatoes (which I didnt eat for years!) butter etc in my cooking. All those lost years and guilt over food has finally gone for me. I am allocated 1675cals per day (I am tall) and 12K steps (I march in front of TV if I havent hit my target for the day) I am a bit slack sometimes about doing my weight training but now the summer is coming will get back on that. So sad to see negative reviews (mainly about money and not liking to weigh your food) There are no quick fixes in life. Get over yourself and crack on with Team RH. Best thing I ever did.

Scam, lock you in to a year contact even though it said you could get out of it in a trial period. They take forever getting back to you and it’s basically a scam. AVOID!!

Hard avoid.

This company locks you into a 1 year contract and it isn't clear how to cancel, meaning you end up in an auto renew cycle. Customer service is appalling and there are no reasonable adjustments made for disabilities. Stay well clear.

SCAM, HORRIFIC COMPANY. Wish I read the reviews. I downloaded the app to have a quick look what was on offer for the money, it wasn’t what I was looking for, so literally 5 mins after paying, I emailed and asked to cancel (was happy to pay the first month) only to be told I was locked in for 12 months. This can’t be legal???? You can’t even see the app without paying first…

They are now ignoring my emails and just sending threats that it may damage my credit score. I feel bullied. Worst customer service in history and will be making a trading standards report (which looks like they have already had previously for this fake advertising)

Firstly to those saying this is a scam. It 100% isn't. The terms & conditions are clear. It also states that if you do not agree to them do not download the app. Try reading before signing up. Leaving a negative review for a company because of your own mistake is a false review.

The is the first company to make a plan for GLP1 users. So 100% recommend it if you're on that injection.

I've lost 70lbs so far and counting. The app is easy to navigate and it's full of useful information. It's worth every penny and a hell of a lot cheaper than SW and WW.

App isn’t worth the hassle of the company. Customer service is something else! Never known a company so unprofessional. When you sign up you waive your rights to the standard 14 days cooling off period (it’s buried in the t&c’s and there’s mixed messages saying they’ll waive this rule if there’s a reason for stopping yet no one asked me if I had an issue so how would they know!’ so for 2 days of use I paid £80. Customer service is awful decided after 2 emails no longer wanted to communicate with me and sent me payment emails as threats just ridiculous. Had an email saying ‘case closed’ then proceeded to hound me for the payment. I’ve paid so I don’t get more money added on. Also when the first payment was taken they took double so my bank decided it was unauthorised payments refunded me and blocked the payments.

Don’t do it honestly just stick with other apps!

Read the small print… because they will tie you into a 12 month contract and when you cancel they’ll threaten you with the bailiffs. Truthfully … who reads the small print. I thought I could sign up for a month, give it a go and see how it goes. But, life happened, things changed and I had to cancel subscriptions. Only to have an email saying I’m in a contract and should reinstate my payment method or further action will be taken. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people.

I’m posting this to help others avoid the mistake I made. In my experience, this feels like a scam and not worth the money. The application itself isn’t anything special, and the way they lock you into a year-long contract feels predatory.

It’s especially disappointing given that Ritchie has built a reputation for standing up for people and promoting positivity, which makes this even harder to reconcile. While I accept that I should have read the small print more carefully, the terms aren’t obvious on the website either, and that lack of clarity and access to customer support is frustrating. Do better Ritchie.

Wished I had found this company years ago, i am 2 months in and true what they say, trust the process, proper seeing a change in my body. I haven't loads of weight to lose but the change in me, even I am impressed.
Also, just bought their own Chocolate Protein and OMG, this will definitely be my go to for my chocolate fix.

Not sure why there are so many complaints here about being locked into a 12 month contract - when I joined it was pretty clear that it was for 12 months!

Anyway, being a lazy person who really can’t be arsed tracking calories constantly, I cancelled my subscription once the 12 months was up; however, I continue to buy their protein powders as they are on a different level from everyone else. I’ve lost count of how many different makes of powders I’ve tried but they either have a gritty texture or leave a terrible aftertaste. Team RH’s protein powders are incredible.

Chocolate one in my morning oats and then the banana one in my lunchtime smoothie - delicious.

They tie you into a contract which is hidden and misleading. They try to intimidate you to ensure you remain in your 12 month HIDDEN contract. They've recently been investigated and this has been proven. AVOID!!!

Complete scam. It’s a 12 month contract but isn’t clear when you sign up and looks like a monthly subscription. The 14 day cooling off period is void if you download the app they tell you to. Tried to cancel on the same day I signed up. I will be taking this further as the terms and conditions are sneaky and they are already in trouble for not making the terms of the “contract” clear. Fight it. This company is a joke and praying on people

Terrible company. Signed up on the understanding that it was a £7.99 rolling contract but when I tried to cancel they told me I was locked in for 12 months which I never would have agreed to had I known. They have already been referred to trading standards about this same issue and a ruling made against them but they haven’t made it any clearer (I can’t post the link but search on the ASA website). Avoid this company at all costs.

I paid the £7.99 or whatever to see what this was all about.
Within 2 days I could see that it wasn’t for me and absolutely not something I could find useful at all.
I contacted them and asked how I cancel my membership. I understood I would pay for the first month but didn’t want it to continue.
They have told me in a very rude and abrupt manner that I am trapped in a 12 month contract and there is no way to get out of it.
I have tried appealing to them and they have now emailed me and said they have already told me their policy and they won’t be engaging with me anymore. Mathis is the most horrible, upsetting and aggressive customer service I’ve ever experienced.
DO NOT JOIN THIS POINTLESS PROGRAM.
DO NOT SIGN UP BECAUSE YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR 12 MONTHS EVEN IF YOU DONT WANT IT.

Found TeamRH back in 2020 during covid when I decided I needed to change my life. Watched all the videos that are free and began my journey. Lost two stone fairly quickly so paid for full member access. By late 2022 early 2023 I had lost almost 90lb with honestly not much hard work. Just moving a little more & counting calories. Had some life changing news that made me spiral back into unhealthy habits. Gained 40+ pounds back fairly quickly. Rejoined back in 2024 and have now lost that weight again. Started monjaro in September and with their glp1 plan have a bmi of 30 and am back at 90lb weight loss. My initial goal was 100lb weight loss but I’m now aiming for ten stone.
I am registered disabled and am now able to be eligible for heart transplant assessment.
I couldn’t have done this twice without this wonderful company & especially Richie. His no nonsense approach is exactly what I needed. If I can do it being practically immobile anyone can. My steps never go above 5000 and to be honest most days I don’t even reach that.
