Make the change to the best PM tool

My team used to use Monday.com and multiple other systems for time tracking, scheduling, calendar bookings, etc. It was a bit of a nightmare keeping track of everything, and for anything that would amalgamate it all within Monday.com either required complex automations or costly plugins/add-ons.

I discovered Teamwork by accident and we took the plunge and it's already made a HUGE difference to our company. We're better-able to manage all our tasks and scheduling because everything is so interconnected. It has its own email system (Teamwork Desk) which allows you to link emails with project tasks on the project board and there's just a ridiculous amount of functionality which I can't even begin to explain.

It wouldn't surprise me if Teamwork becomes the most popular tool for project management, and they're always making improvements and bringing out new features. Make the switch!

Strong recommendation to use Teamwork

The interface is simple and easy to use. We frequently use the templates to create checklists for our monthly business processes. Our team members use Teamwork to track ALL of their tasks, not just project-specific tasks, so supervisors can monitor and manage staff workloads. We get tremendous value for our investment in Teamwork -- highly, highly recommended!

They did not provide the services I paid for and instead pressured me to purchase more of their recommendations, which were clearly unnecessary and frankly made no sense. When I refused and asked them to abide by the contract, they refused to respond. It is like they folded up their tents and stole into the night.

Service has plummeted!

I used them for a project a few years back and really loved the UX.
Recently signed up again and it should have been a sign that things were downhill with the really poor onboarding (you had to email a guy, which forwarded you a link and a carrier pigeon brought you an otp or something along those lines) but that's not a deal breaker, what is is their support (or lack thereof) . No chat/intercom, you have to email them and ish takes week/s to resolve (if it does at all). System real glitchy and it appears that either they dont have the tools to troubleshoot (and ultimately bug fix) or just dgaf about it. Anyways, gonna ride this contract out and go to zen.

Was with these guys from the beginning

Was with these guys from the beginning. Literally spent thousands of dollars in subscription fees over the years. Back then I was in love. They even sent me socks as a Christmas present. Then they got bought out. And now their updates just made the platform progressively worse until today it's just a straight up train wreck. Also stupid billing model. 3 user min, billed annually. But because they suck so bad, I found my dream team. Asana for management and Harvest for time tracking. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Teamwork!

Completely useless service which we didn't use as it added no value at all.

Cancelled but were forced to pay for a whole additional year by them.

Predatory billing - Updated.

They make you pay in advance for using the project and then even if you downgrade your plan during the time you use them or use less users they will renew your plan at whatever maximum amount of users you had during the year. They don't tell you they are renewing your plan and then they send you a bill for total amount of users you had throughout the year regardless of if they are current. For us this meant a $1200 renewal fee even though we only had 2 active users at the time they charged us. This is predatory. It might be ok if they had some kind of grace period, but they say no refunds after they drop this charge on you unexpectedly. Other companies refund immediately. If we had any idea they were going to do this we would have never used the service. We would have never agreed to $1200 per year for 2 users and they know this.

One of the founders contacted me and I'm currently waiting for a refund. So I upgraded my review to 2 stars for now. Hopefully this gets cleared up before it ruins Christmas. I'll update my review again if the refund comes through.

Edit 2: I upgraded to 3 stars because the product does work, just be careful about your billing. Check your plan often because until they change their policy you could end up with a hefty bill. They should warn people or have a grace period.

Babra Sinnings horrible experience!!!!

absolutely chaotic, didn't enjoy my experience. The staff were very unkind and rude to me and my disabled husband. My food was raw and gave me food poisoning. Way too much sugar in my tea gave me type 2 diabetes. I will not be visiting again. You should be ashamed.

Can't get basic billing right. Avoid.

Recently renewed our subscription on monthly pricing, but was billed annual. Refusing to refund given the error, and - more worrying - not aware of what caused it. Won't be trusting them with our data if they can't get the basics right. Avoid.

Nice features, TERRIBLE performance.

Overall nice features but they are often not easy to find in the UI.

Also... Extremely slow and clunky user interface. Hover-pop-ups take some time to show, tagging people, dragging tasks or opening/closing/toggling UI is all very laggy and slow. The app feels very heavy and unresponsive at times. Super frustrating to work with at times, and often does not improve productivity.

The days I spent product-owning I leave office in a bad mood, always, because I spent the whole day in Teamwork.

When I see 5 star reviews I honestly do not trust them. There is no way somebody would give this software a perfect review. No way.

Getting worse and worse

I don't know if this is because of the diversification of US based companies or AWS but the software is getting slower and slower. Literally the worst API and front-end I have seen in a long time. The amount of html elements are HUGE!
