Its not even worth a star. I’m suing you for fraud and consumer negligence!
I have received my order.
It’s in correct, not what I ordered.
The colour is incorrect, its not human hair neither its lace as advertised and as per my order. Nothing about my order is what was advertised, its fraudulent what has been advertised and what has been sent.
Its shameful and frustrating beyond words to have received this order.
I’m trying to make a return but there is no response from this company.

Scamming and mis-sold
I ordered the “human hair topper”…if it looks too good to be true than it probably is. I can get that hair topper for a few quid on temu and they’re selling it for £18 just for one, more if you bundle. It’s the worse hair I’ve ever bought, it’s basically a 90’s curtain wig. Human hair? No. It frazzled straight away under the hair straightener. Do not waste your money! Once again TikTok just letting anything be sold on their app, it’s disgusting.

La mia esperienza con Tebyu-Cool è stata molto negativa. Mi sono sentita ingannata perché il prodotto pubblicizzato era diverso di quello che io ho ricevuto . Il servizio clienti pessimo ti mandano sempre mail automatica. Il pacco ricevuto non corrispondeva a quanto mi aspettavo in base a quanto pubblicizzato. Ho provato a risolvere il problema, scrivendo mail ho mandato le foto di confronto neanche mi hanno considerato non ho ottenuto una soluzione del rimborso Per questo motivo non consiglio questa azienda ingannevole . Consiglio ad altri clienti di leggere attentamente tutte le condizioni prima di acquistare.

Actually using it already
It’s already in my bathroom cabinet and getting used nightly. What stood out first was the cap seal resistance—it took a firm twist to break, which I weirdly liked because it felt properly closed in transit. The bottle is smaller than my brain expected, but the glass has a real weight to it and doesn’t feel flimsy.
