These guys were unusually helpful when I bought a couple of Dell server hard disks. They even called me in advance to confirm that my system was compatible with the product I was buying. I asked why they were asking, and they said that they'd had compatibility problems in the past, so they wanted to make sure I'd ordered the right product. Bravo.

Techbuyer are an Outstanding company to deal with ,I bought a refurbished hard drive from them only to find that due to me not ordering the correct type I needed to exchange it ,it was all done with no fuss & even helpful instructions on how to install the drive which is perfect in every way ,Then this morning after 2:weeks using the drive I get a phone call from Jack ,one of the guys at Techbuyer to make sure everything is ok &:I'm still happy with my purchase,now that's what I call service !!!

While I was dealing with a person from techbuyer.com named Kurt Marino I had ordered two CPU’s Intel xeon processor E5–2699 V2 but they sent me the wrong ones so Kurt gave me a return slip to send them back. I’ve been trying to communicate with him regarding my refund. I’ve called the company several times actually spoke with an individual but would not help me because he said I had to deal with Kurt, he tried to connect me to his extension. I left a message have not heard back and still have not received my refund or any information about it if this is the customer service that this company gives to its customers it’s not right they should at least try to communicate with us instead of ignoring us, especially when you’re trying to get your refund back.

Well, after a long process, I have an update regarding this review Kurt Marino finally got a hold of me and apologized on how long it took to receive my refund i’m just grateful that this situation is finally resolved.👍

Techbuyer are quite a rarity nowadays,A company you can purchase from with complete confidence & such helpful friendly people as well .I had a query about a drive I had ordered & I dealt with a young man named Jack Taylor, the guy is a credit to Techbuyer sorted out my problem very quickly & as I'm not a very technically minded person guided me through the process of what I need ,Thanks Jack your help was much appreciated,will certainly use Techbuyer again .

Einziger Wermutstropfen, es wurde ohne Paketverfolgung versendet was aber meiner meinung nach nicht für einen sternabzug gewertet werden sollte da die günstigste versandart gewählt war.
