I've always had great service and product(s) when I've worked with Raj. He is fair and reasonable.

The review that gave 1 star is talking about another company/website that sometimes comes up when you Google techecart. That company is in Australia and has an "au" ending to the URL. Raj's website ends with .com.

Place an order for an item which was listed as in stock on their website but wasn’t. I was told it would be restocked shortly so decided to wait. A few weeks passed and no stock. I was told 2 to 3 weeks so again I waited. I had no update so after 3 more months of waiting I emailed and asked for a refund. I ordered the batteries from an alternative supplier which arrived in 3 days. I was told 5 to 7 days for the refund . After waiting 2 months with no refund I emailed again for my refund. I am still waiting.

Updated 16/4/2025 in response to their reply: A typical response of “fake review” from a company who couldn’t care less about customer service. This is not a fake review. The email of the person who now says they have processed the refund is berlynd @ techcart.com.au. It is the same person who claimed to process my refund in February. It’s probably the same person who claims my review is “fake”

iPhone 11's are a bit old so took a chance and bought one with "good" condition rating and that's what I received. Very usable with very light wear just keep in mind older phones most likely have original batteries and may come up short for the 80% capacity promise. I tested it and found it was still very usable and the price was right. Happy customer!

I am very happy with my order! The phone came in perfect condition. No scratches or marks and the battery capacity is at 93%! So far so good in terms of how well it works.
Good after sale support too

Purchased two IPhone 13’s in “good” condition. They arrived as promised. Upon inspection there were no cosmetic marks or flaws and appeared brand new. We took them to the local cell provider and had everything transferred. That took some time but was easy. Have been using the phones for two weeks now and are very pleased. Would do the same thing again.
