The mini pc was the best price I'd seen, the pc was at the price advertised, Delivered when promised in great condition. This is the second item I have bought from this company. The first is a few years old now and has run without any fault.

Very helpful and good communication
Very helpful and good communication. Has a small hiccup in so much that the lap top was needing more RAM to advertised. Techpros contacted and resolved the problem very quickly.

Would recommend and purchase again!!
I had a bad experience with a different site ordered this on a Friday at 8:30pm was shipped Saturday and received it on the Sunday! They provide free shipping which is amazing and I called just assuring the same issue I had wouldn't happen again and they responded quickly! Would defo recommend to anyone looking for a refurbished laptop!
