Ordered a 2 seat and 1 seat delivered 1st April 2 lad's unpacked they didn't say a word I showed them were to put them they assembled them didn't show me how to work anything I signed the phone and they left

Even today I am left with all 3 heat pads ( 2 seater and 1 seater) not working and on top of that top layer (dye) is ripped off and looking ugly. This has happened to just 3 to 6 months old sofa. Can't believe that. Their service is also very slow despite the insurance I bought which is very expensive too.

Disingenuous response from the company. They stated publicly that they would contact me, but they have not done so. They have also failed to reply to my emails.
I would strongly advise others to research this business carefully. I also believe my previous review have been unfairly removed.

Interestingly, the company was able to contact Trustpilot within 30 minutes of me posting this review to request changes. However, over 24 hours later, they still have not made any attempt to contact me directly.
Original Review
The sofa was delivered around 11 months ago and initially everything seemed fine. However, after roughly 9 months it began sagging badly in the middle. It has now deteriorated to the point where the wooden frame can be felt through the cushions — something that should not happen on a sofa less than a year old.
I have attempted to contact the company multiple times over the past two weeks. I have sent two emails with no response. I have called and waited on hold for over 45 minutes on more than one occasion, only to hear a repeated “thank you for holding” message with no answer. I also reached out via WhatsApp and was advised to call — which I did — and again received no response.
At this stage, I have been unable to reach anyone through any communication channel. The lack of customer support is extremely frustrating and disappointing, particularly given the product has not lasted even a year.
I am also unclear on the structure of the business — whether products are drop-shipped or if they act solely as an intermediary — but the complete lack of accountability and response raises serious concerns.

Do not trust this company, ordered a sofa which I another was delivered in a timely manner (delivered jan 2025). Noticed the heating had gone on all 3 seats beginning of november (obvoiusly wasnt that ceatire wasnt used during summer so could have gone before that), was directed to contact via WhatsApp so did just that, took over a week to reply to each message, even when I replied straight back, finally sent someone out mid December and all they done was take photos, all they did was send the 'replacement parts' nearly 2 months later, once I messaged to say they they have arrived iv had radio silence ever since apart froma generic email to say to call as busy (which they send everywhere including through Facebook messenger which they was still actively posting on), went to dividebuy who I paid through who are trying to sort their end but obviously ignoring them aswell as they've heard nothing! I want my money back as no faith in this company anymore, i will be seeking legal advice! completely shocking ecperience

STILL AWAITING REPLY FROM TECH SOFA, THEY CONTACTED TRUST PILOT WITHIN A DAY OF MY NEGATIVE REVIEW TO REQUEST ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WHICH THEY ALREADY HAVE, HOWEVER THEY HAVE NOT CONTACT ME. I AM SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE AND HAVE CONTACTED TRADING STANDARDS
Email of complaint with attached photographs sent to Tech Sofa on 3rd March regarding series 5 large corner sofa received at the end of June 2025. Electric recliner and heat function broken, severe sagging on the seats with wrinkles and creases that have not came out even after being assured they would dissappear in a few weeks after installation but what makes this matter even worse is that this sofa is in our movie room, it only gets used on weekends, god only knows what state it would be in if it was sat on daily. We have also taken out the extended warranty, however, the sofa is still under warranty with Tech Sofa as it is not even a year old. I have requested they come and collect the sofa and refund my money as this is an extremely expensive sofa which was supposed to last years and years. Visitors to my home have literally commented on the sagging seats and cannot believe the sofa is just over 6 months old, it is literally heartbreaking in our brand new room!! I have been completely ignored by Tech Sofa, not even an acknowledgement, therefore, my only option is to contact Trading Standards and the Furniture and Home Improvement Ombudsman to report Tech Sofa and if need be retrieve my money through a small claims court. Honestly disgusting customer service

We weren’t sure about buying a sofa without seeing one and sitting on it, but took the plunge on the back of the strong reviews on Trustpilot.
There was a sale on at the time also, which tempted us. We have had the sofa for roughly two months now and it’s been nothing short of fabulous.
The quality of the fabric is excellent. Soft and luxurious. The comfort of the sofa is exceptional. We love it.
We can truly relax after work now as before, we were very uncomfortable on the old sofa.
The Back and lumbar support, head support and recliner ( all electric) are excellent and there’s heated seats for the cold evenings.
The only thing is as we have a full sofa cover on the sofas, it’s very easy to put the heated seat on by mistake as that button is situated between the recliner and back rest buttons, but that wouldn’t necessarily be an issue for those who don’t cover their sofa.
The customer support was helpful with a couple of questions I had and I did phone once before ordering and that guy was very helpful too. I Would completely recommend this sofa.

Shambolic... where to start!
1 only one sofa delivered and my table broke, bringing it in!
2 sofa delivered was damage, one recliner not working
3 now on 3rd attempt to fix it..only because I have spent hours chasing it up
4 asked for replacement, to be told they are out of stock and not in till August!!
5 awful customer service, I have to keep chasing them.... table/upset still no recompense offered!
6 would question the 5* reviews, with my experience.
Once they get your money, they don't care, basically.

I would strongly advise people to think twice before buying from Tech Sofa. From the moment I received my sofa it has never worked properly, and the whole experience has been incredibly frustrating.
One of the biggest issues was the heated seat, which would not turn off. This created what I genuinely felt was a fire hazard in my home. I reported the problem straight away, but it took an extremely long time for anything to be done about it. In one case I was waiting over six months for a repair appointment.
Customer service was also very disappointing. My messages were often ignored, and when I did manage to get a response the staff were rude and unhelpful. When someone finally came out to repair the sofa, the problem wasn’t even fixed properly it broke again almost immediately.
I also tried contacting the supplier directly, but replies were delayed for months. Eventually I was told to deal with the issue through my insurance company instead of them resolving the fault themselves.- I had paid extra for the extended warranty.
Because the issues were ongoing, I paid for a private surveyor to come out and assess the sofa independently. Their findings were that the electrical components were faulty from the start and that the electrics would need to be completely replaced. Based on this, I will now be taking the matter further through the Ombudsman.
Overall, this has been a very stressful and disappointing experience. The product has never worked as it should, repairs have taken far too long, and communication has been poor throughout. I would definitely not buy from this company again.

Easy to use website. Very quick delivery, contact was made with us from the initial order to after the delivery. Great price and the sofa is very comfy. Good firm support with adjustable head support. Easy controls. The plug sockets, speakers and storage compartments are great, I like the charger point choices too. All in all, it's a great sofa, I can't fault customer care, delivery or the product. Would recommend.

If I could give a -5 rating I would. Avoid this company at all costs they’re cowboys. I ordered the Series 8 corner sofa it arrived promptly the first section had a huge creases dent in the headrest and the console works when it wants. The second section has two different coloured material? The thirds section and pouffe was labelled Smokey taupe but was a different colour so they took them back on delivery day. The second section wouldn’t fit through the front door so was put in my garage and I had to pay £60 to get my lounge window taken out to get it in then noticed the two different coloured squares on the back of it. Rang Tech Sofa who had agreed to return my delivery fee but I’ve not had it, and said they’d arrange a collection of the two pieces I had. No collection has been arranged, they now won’t answer their phone to me nor will the delivery guys arrange a collection so I can cancel my Snap Finance loan. I’ve spoken to Snap Finance and they’ve been good they’re raising a complaint and I’ve cancelled my direct debit to them and can cancel any reoccurring payments so that’s good. I’ve even messaged Tech Sofa saying do you want me to dispose of the sofa but no response! The quality of these sofas is bad the recliners make a lot of funny noises and stop/start the phone chargers work when they want and that’s if you can get it to switch on, they’re not genuine leather they’re cheap material from China, Tech Sofa did offer heat treatment to get the creased dent out of the headrest and a new cover from China for the corner bit but said it would take 3/4 months to arrive. I said no I want to return it and cancel my finance which is nearly £3,000 but they need to collect the two pieces of sofa and they won’t They’renow not answering callsor messages, it’s given me so much stressso avoid this company at all costs they just let you down non stop then ignore you.I posted all this on their Facebook advert and they’ve blocked me, unbelievable! Save yourselves all this trouble and go to a decent sofa company.
