Suspicious Site

Very suspect site. You ring the US number and no company name is given. When you ask what the name of the company is, they do not tell you. Very untrustworthy.

1. Fraudulent company with false billing statement

1. company is fraudulent - their website is recommended against using it by Malware bytes.
2. Inconsistent between statements made during phone calls on December 12 2023 and on July 16 2024 about details and nature of their charges; support hours of operations. Charged me $498 for 3 years of their support including yearly Norton 360 charges for this period. Now, I found out that Norton is not affiliated by this company. on 7/16/24 Techsvite agent, Jose Mark confirmed my 3 years support contract with them, but denied that Norton charges were included in this fee. When he sent me a copy of 12/12/23 bill today it stated 180 days of support for $498. Refused any kind of refund despite false and inconsistent advertisement and billing.
3. hours of their operations 24 x7 are false, he said their live support is 9 - pm EST. Phones do not have voice mails, no response after 6 pm EST.
