War mir anfangs nicht sicher, aber alles lief reibungslos. Ich habe schnell ein faires Angebot bekommen, der Versand war kostenlos. Ich habe mein Handy eingeschickt und wurde kurz darauf bezahlt. Es gab eine kleine Verzögerung, aber der Support hat geantwortet und alles erklärt. Insgesamt einfach und zuverlässig lohnt sich, wenn man alte Geräte hat.

Ich warte auf mein Paket seit starke 2 Wochen. 5 Tage hat es gedauert bis das Paket an DHL weitergeschickt worden ist. Ist auf jeden Fall eine Glanzleistung. Ich meine wenn ich etwas für 10€ bestelle ist das mir Wurst wann es ankommt. Aber mehr als 400€ für Kopfhörer und dafür 2 Wochen zu warten ist echt lächerlich. Da würde ich dann schon eher Rebuy empfehlen. Überhaupt nicht zu frieden. Mal gucken wie das Paket überhaupt nach ,nochmal erwähnt, 2 WOCHEN aussieht.

Easy & No tricks
I checked lots of sites to sell my phone & they offered the best price. I prepared myself for the email or call that they didn't agree with my assessment but it never came. Easy to work with, great service, great explanations of what they expected. I could not ask for more.
