I left 1 star as cannot leave zero it wont let me. Spent 40.00 on a toy Girraffe for my new Grandson nursery. What came was shocking! Sharp wires that could seriously injure or worst can be clearly felt through the cheap and nasty faux fur. The item is so shoddy only fit for the bin. The company is not UK this is a lie! It came from China and said contents of parcel where worth 5 dollars. So gutted they just told me to return at cost to me. VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNT. Upset belong belief as I am on a limited budget. Thought I was buying from a cute UK childs company. DO NOT get conned like me !!!!!

I ordered a giraffe; the item arrived 10 days later. Quality is awful, one of giraffe's legs was teared and metallic skeleton was out (a pure hazard for kids). I requested multiple times (a month now) to get a refund but I got no response and there are no contact details. A proper scam, do not buy any products whatsoever. Spend £20 more and buy it from a good British retail shop.

Ordered the hello kitty bouquet without looking into the site, realised too late it was based in china not the UK, my own fault.
Tried several times to contact the website to confirm i would receive in time for christmas, had an absolute nightmare trying to get a straight forward reply, which i am putting down to language barrier between myself and ‘pamela’ was worried on reading the reviews here but my parcel arrived today (around 7-8 days delivery) considering the current circumstances i was more than happy with that waiting time... and the product is of a much hire quality than suggested in previous reviews, could be hit and miss and ive just gotten lucky, either way, more than happy with the product, would have given 5 if not for the delay in response to emails and not being able to get a straight answer.

My product arrived from China in the worst ever standard and quality. I returned it as per the instructions and had to pay for return postage myself as they don’t issue prepaid returns items. I am still awaiting a refund over a month on. Nobody responds to emails and there is no number to call.

Scam. Ordered a Hello Kitty Bouquet plushies and its been “in transit” for over a month. The customer service rep is awful she is not helpful and doesn’t respond to emails.

Absolute con and robbing company DO NOT USE

Item finally came and my goodness I stand by the above absolute robbery!! And product for a child... I don’t thinks so!! The bow was to be attached by a pin that literally came away in pieces thank goodness my baby wasn’t wearing it!

Terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, including US branch. They messed up the shipping of my product and would not help me in anyway, There is no phone number to call. The only way to get customer service is to email and it takes days to receive an answer. in the US. When I got my order confirmation the shipping address was correct. However, when I received my tracking information Teenybumps had entered an unknown to ship address. I cant get the company to help in anyway.

Ordered a Mickey Mouse baby bag which I thought was from the UK only to find it actually came from China!! they sent wrong colour! Went through Returns, returned as instructed by their email and still waiting for my refund since August 28th!!! Emails being ignored I’ve sent like 30 emails! Scan site do not buy from them they are liars and scammers!!! Only have one star because I can’t give none!!! Disgusting customer service!!

I wish I'd seen these reviews before using this company!!! I finally received a snakes and ladders game - I've seen better things in a pound shop! A flimsy peice of plastic sheet and markers, in a cheap cellophane bag! What a lovely gift that's going to make. Not!!!!

I too also believed I was ordering from the UK, but was later informed that the delay in delivery was that it was coming from China.

Would never use their services again. It's cheap and nasty rubbish with an inflated price tag.

Bought a large toy giraffe for £65 which was faulty. Couldn’t hold its head up so I have sent back and still not received a refund and being totally ignored.

Like another reviewer I too thought I was buying from a U.K. company (Registered in Ireland). However once having ordered and paid my money it became obvious it was coming from China. It has taken 33 days to receive my parcel. The item inside is a great disappointment. It has a different pattern of material and the advert says it is made of soft cotton. Well it isn’t. I paid £16 for one fancy babygro. Not expensive but not cheap either. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I don’t appreciate being deceived like this.

Ordered from this site believing it was uk based IT IS NOT uk based I received email to say it has been shipped from China I have requested they cancel the order and refund me which they have refused

TERRIBLE. Purchased an elephant teddy at a very expensive price it came and looked nothing like the images shown to advertise it. It has hardly any stuffing inside so doesn’t sit upright like shown or do tummy time for my baby like it says. It has a FAKE Ikea tag on the bum. I’ve emailed them three times and they are taking no responsibility. If it wasn’t for this pandemic I would’ve gotten it from Ikea! Do not shop here!

Very poor quality i recieved goods that the stitching and overlock came away from the material after the first wash baby hadn't even wore it i sent them.pictures and they didn't want to know i won't be buying from teenybumps again or recommending them them

My order was cancelled without any correspondence. That is, 5 days after I received an email confirmation. Avoid at all cost, as they appear unreliable.

Great clothes at affordable prices. I was disappointed because delivery was not arrived on time. However SARAH was brilliant, explained very well and sorted the problem out quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

I’ve just received my first order and clothes look beautiful! Can’t wait for my baby to arrive now😊 I hope it won’t look too bad once it’s washed but overall I had good experience with them! Delivery is a bit long but not expensive so can’t complain. I’ll probably be ordering from them again 😊

Have been waiting 70 days for my item. Still not received. They state 7-25 days. Now not replying to my e-mails. They are a joke. Avoid at all costs because if you don't you'll lose your money, just like I probably have.

This website is a joke... ordered a pink elephant for my baby due in November. It isn't even the shade of pink or the material it shows in the pictures. It looks deformed and very cheap and tacky! And it is not in the UK like it states. Wish I had checked the reviews first as it looks like loads of people are having issues with this company! Do NOT recommend.

I ordered a girls dress a week ago for my 10 year old niece. She was so excited. The dress wasn’t cheap for a child’s dress at £30. Last night I received an email to say that a refund was being processed - no explanation, no apology. You would think their stock control was adequate enough to know what they’d got when you order but it turns out it takes them a week. Appalling customer service and I now have a very upset 10 year old niece.
