They never sent me the product. I asked for a refund and had no reply. Just received an email asking for a review. Assume this company is fraudulent

I ordered my daughter a labubu key chain for her birthday, everywhere else had sold out so I was super excited I found somewhere that had them in stock. However It never arrived. I emailed them and it says the email address doesn't exist. Basically I sent them money for nothing

Terrible company, I ordered a keychain for my granddaughter on 23rd jun 2025 the email just keeps bouncing back website does not exist when you follow the link from a very disappointed customer or should I say ex customer?

Would have give zero. Looked on companies house and this company was dissolved July 2024.

Made an order took my money and didn’t receive, Tried to email but email doesn’t exist there is no way to get in touch with them,even the online chat doesn’t work either, do not order from here there proper scammers they need closing down absolute scum bags !!!!

Did not receive item ordered 22nd January and still waiting for it. They will send a tracking number exactly 14 days after order and exactly 1 month later ask for a review when no item recieved. On their website its showing on the way but since the 8th february. but no company to track it with. No response to emails and chat! Disgusting company scamming people out of money! AVOID!!!!!!!

Avoid its a scam. They never send you your order, will ignore you when you ask for tracking info and then will ignore you again when you ask for your money back. Scummy behaviour selling anything and scamming people, but absolute lowest of the low to scam people on the back of baby and children items. I have reported this website to the nscs as a scam and would advise others who have had the same experience to do the same to save others being scammed 😌

Absolute rip off. I usually check reviews before ordering online but they seemed legit so ordered a toy for a grandchild. Put simply it never arrived and there's zero response from these scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Items ordered10th December for Christmas. Never arrived. Tried 5 times to contact them via email and customer message chat. No response. No telephone number to call. Amex kindly now dealing with it mid January. AVOID this company at all costs

SCAM ALERT! I ordered a dress, 2 months later, it still has not arrived. No shipping details emailed to me as promised, no response to my emails. Now their website is not working. Never again!

I wish I’d checked TrustPilot before ordering. I ordered a toy for my niece 25 days ago - the tracking still says it hasn’t shipped and the company don’t respond to emails. Thankfully I used PayPal who refunded me instantly.
I’m fairly sure the positive reviews here are fake as there’s a UK TrustPilot page for this same company and there’s a notice on that saying they’ve removed a number of fake reviews.

Ordered Easter bunnies and paid for them. Never heard from Teeny Bumps again. No response whatsoever to my email and no way to contact by phone. It's theft.

Do not order anything unless you want a 3 month battle to get your money back via your bank.

This is a scam. I'd give zero stars if possible. Never received product and wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.

Ordered the 60cm elephant for baby's tummy time back on 26th November 2022, chased multiple times, no response. Complained to bank for refund during January and then out the blue got a sent notification via shop app. Today 25th Febuary 2023 I received a 5cm foam cloud with a face on it. Obvious SCAM please avoid.

Terrible company do not purchase !!! Quick to take your money but receive no Goods!!! Try to contact customer support through many platforms and not 1 response …. Awful experience
