The worst customer service ordered a ring on 2nd January still without it. Supposedly Evri have lost it. No accountability from either nor replacement or refund offered. Never order from them useless. Couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery.

Absolute SCAM. Bough a mug that looks nothing like advertised. Paypal wasn't a help either to get money back. Do not buy

Absolutely ridiculous company! Sterling silver ring.. NOT A CHANCE.. I had the ring on for less the 3 hours and I noticed my finger going green. I took the ring off and it had already started turning a brass colour! I asked for a refund/ new ring and explained my concerns.. they said that I needed to look at the care instructions.. I explained that I had only had the ring on for 3 hours and that I love rings and how to look after them! I have had sterling silver rings for years that still have not turned my fingers green and I look after them. It’s taken at least 5 emails with responses basically just fibbing me off to then get offered a 10% refund which is a JOKE and I refused this aswell. I will be reporting this company to as many people as possible as the jewellery sold is not cheap and IT IS NOT EVEN STAMPED!! And they are still trying to tell me it is real sterling silver. DO BOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Absolute SCAM. The cups look nothing like the images, they are resin with steel liners and look to have been painted by 2 year olds. Look at my profile pic to see the item. They offered a 10% refund which i refused, they then offered a 50% refund, again refused. To fully refund they demand the goods are returned, at my cost, even though I have sent pictures of both the cups recieved and the pictures they show. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Please do not purchase anything from this company. They sell items that look nothing like the photos. Not only this, they also steal photos from other companies which are allegedly copyrighted. They will give you a hard time if you want a refund. They will state that they will give you a refund but you'll have to pay to give it to them. However, if you're under a certain derestricted: you legally do not have to pay for refunds. I have contacted multiple places relating to this company. I hope you do not fall into the same trap as I as well as others did.

Continuation: You should be receiving a full refund and you are not liable to bear any return or admin costs. You are responsible for the return cost if you are returning any product because you have changed your mind. However, relating false advertisements, the product is not as described, and under the Consumer Rights Act

SCAM.

Don't waste your money the cups look nothing like the images, they hold around 5 fl.ounces, they have a steel liners inside and are cheap plastic not "imitation mineral crystal". I will be charging back through my bank if no refund issued as this is a blatant breach of consumer rights law, NO WHERE NEAR AS DESCRIBED and the images are not a reasonable representation of the product.

My husband bought what was supposed to be a sterling silver and moss agate ring. When the ring arrived, we already knew something was off. It just came thrown in a cheap cardboard jewellery box as opposed to the "free ring box" that was advertised in the photos.

The ring also came with no 925 stamp or certification to confirm that the sterling silver and gemstone were real.

Their customer service is absolutely abyssmal. I requested a refund for the faulty product and they had the audacity to ask for photos of the issue! Why would I send you a photo when I've clearly told them that my concern regards the ring being FAKE.

All of their "reviews" on the website have to be submitted for them to review so that they can just cherry pick the good ones.

My husband is absolutely gutted because he thought he found something nice only for us to he conned out of money around Christmas. Absolutely vile.

This company is scam they sold me mineral cups for a big amount and what I received is shitty cups

Do not trust this company!!!! I bought a real volcanic mineral stone cup for a hefty price!!!! Thinking it'd be a lovely Christmas present, both the original web page and the confirmation of purchase page said volcanic mineral, I've just had confirmation of being sent and the email said I'll be receiving an imitation mineral cup worth literally nothing!!!! Stay away!!!!

My finger turned green after week of wearing it and the ring itself got rusty. The company doesn't take the responsibility and are not willing to make amends. The claim it's my fault and that I used the ring improperly. They didn't show me any certificate that the material is sterling silver as they claim it is. And I'm sure it's not, because I wear silver my whole life and it never got that ugly. They refused a refund and they didn't even say they're sorry.
SCAM and FRAUD

SCAM. They claim their jewellery is sterling silver but it came with no stamp on it, and it turned my finger black by only the 2nd wear. When I contacted them about it they tried to blame me saying I wasn't looking after it properly, even thought id only had it a few days. They also said that their jewellery has a metal plating to make it shiney, thought didn't specify what metal. And it wasn't in the description, so they basically admitted it wasn't sterling silver, and they refused to do anything about it, they are an absolute scam. I'd never buy anything from their again and would warn anyone else not to either. There are much better and cheaper brands, who actaully deliver that they promise. Very disappointed.

This company is a fraud. All their images are stolen from other creators.
