I wish I could put no stars
I wish I could put no stars. They messed up my son's football kit that we paid £100 for. We only wanted initials under the circular label. The guy did what he wanted to do and put two sets of initials, saying it looks better even. It's not his choice!! He returned our money but how do we fix the problem now? Save your money and go elsewhere.

Slow email response and order process is not clear
In my opinion, they have poor customer service. They did not deliver the exact product I asked for despite me asking for it as part of my order. And when I tried to query it, I didn't get a response.
I asked for a specific tote bag from their website. The quote they gave me supposedly included the specific tote bag I'd requested plus the print I'd asked for. Due to timing, I was unable to use their delivery service so had to collect the bags in person.
However, despite asking numerous times over email, they never refunded the £15 delivery fee that was paid.
In addition, the tote bags I collected were not the specific bags I had selected from the website, but a slightly smaller (and cheaper) version of the bag. When I queried this, pointing out the different SKU numbers between the bag I'd asked for and the bag I got, I was ignored.
When I called their number, I got the same guy pretending that he "needed to speak to Adam" who was managing my query...Adam clearly doesn't exist - it's just a sales support email that they've assigned a name to. I never got a follow up after that phone call.
I've not heard back from them since I last called (23 December 2024) and cannot get through over email.

Since writing this review, the company have got in touch to apologise and issue a refund for the difference in price between the bags and for the delivery service that was paid but not used. However, Adam emailed me at least 4 times asking for me to amend my review, and even brought the name of my organisation into it, which I felt was quite unprofessional and like he was trying to pressure me into amending my review.

I wanted to clarify the issues with our communication. We faced a technical problem with our email system, which delayed our ability to get in touch with you. We provided proof of this issue. Once our team returned to the office in early January and the problem was fixed, we reached out to you and issued a full refund.
Despite this, we were disappointed to see ongoing accusations of scamming and blocking emails. At first, there was hesitation to change your review. It was only after we mentioned possible legal action for defamation that your review was partially updated to acknowledge the refund.
It’s disheartening for us to see actions that don’t reflect the genuine care we have for our clients. We value our relationship with you and want to clear up any misunderstandings.

Very helpful and friendly service! We ordered 1500 tote bags for a business event via email. The communication was great and very helpful service. Upon arrival in London our tote bags were delivered to the discussed address. They look amazing! Very happy with the result. I would definitely order here again!

Fast + Helpful Service
Needed a t-shirt printed same day for a birthday present. Tee Print were able to get it done and before 5pm at my request (a request made at 1pm-only 4 hours before I needed it by!). When I collected the t-shirt the print was slightly larger than anticipated, but they were very understanding that I wanted it exactly as envisioned and reprinted it for me then and there. The final t-shirt was exactly what I wanted!

Highly impressed with this company
Highly impressed with this company. I asked for a 24 hour turnaround on some T shirts to be in time for Christmas. I actually got them less than 12 hours after sending over the artwork. Communication was great, I was kept informed every step of the way and the finished product was of a high quality. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them others.
