I can honestly say this has been by far the best buying experience we have ever had when buying a caravan. From the start Nancy was absolutely lovely, left us to look at the caravan and agreed a price for our trade in. We phoned a couple of days ahead of our agreed handover to check that all was well -it was. On our handover we were introduced to Liam who was an absolute star, showed and explained to us all the controls of the van in perfect detail. We cannot recommend Tees Valley Caravans highly enough. Great job guys we really appreciate your help, advice, friendliness and professionalism. Oh and the caravan is fantastic!

Went to teesvalley caravans ltd after a telephone call about caravan advertised.we travelled over two hours and were met by Liam at the shop. from the word go the service and commitment from this young man was exceptional he took us to view the caravan answering every question we asked him and more, we asked for some extras to be added which was no problem for him and also had diamond bright paint and upholstery guard added and he done a brilliant job the caravan looked like it had just come from the showroom, when it arrived it was black from the motorway.and road salt Liam said to hose it down with fresh water We could not believe it it came up like brand new again every time we rang to ask anything were were met with enthusiasm he was so helpful and knew everything about the caravan he even delivered the van to us in Ellesmere Port. when he arrived he went through every thing with my husband and the caravan was left ready for use he even messaged the next day to see how we got on. A great experience buying our new caravan. Liam went the extra mile to help and made the process so smooth.

We picked up our Elddis Affinity 550 from Liam in December after purchasing it in November (held it for us while we set up our storage). It was a very pleasant transaction, Liam and his team are really nice. The business area is not that big, however it doesn't matter as it ultimately makes it, friendly and courtesy, that's how it has to be, we will be happy to come back if we need a new caravan again and definitely recommend yourselves to others.

Would like to say a big thank you to Liam. He was very helpful when we first visited the dealership to look for our first caravan. Throughout the whole process he has been extremely helpful. He has answered all our questions and explained everything. Nothing has been too much trouble for him. He is so knowledgeable. Thanks again Liam.

Recently had an issue with the tyres on a caravan purchased from Tees Valley Caravans earlier this year.
Big thank you to Liam for dealing with this speedily and efficiently and supplying replacement tyres at no cost.
