Everything as promised ,except they gave courier incomplete shipping address.

Why didn’t I think of Tegs before.
I was in need of a special pneumatic stapler and after having shopped around in some big box stores, it dawned on me that I bought quality staplers at Teg Tools in the past. Duh!!! Great brands, great service of knowledgeable staff. Haha, no need to travel the world. I went online and within minutes I got what I needed. I am sure I will receive my tool by tomorrow. Thanks Tegs.

Je suis désolé pour le retard dans votre commande. Cela a pris plus de temps que d'habitude mais malheureusement, nous n'avons aucun contrôle sur la rapidité avec laquelle le fabricant peut produire et expédier. Nous avons demandé une mise à jour et il semble que notre commande soit acheminée depuis la Colombie-Britannique. Une fois que nous recevons, nous expédions immédiatement.
