First of all, we have great news for you! Because you've placed many orders on our website in the past, you now have 5,590 Thank You points in your account, that can be converted into $55.90 worth of Voice Credit for free international calls. All you need to do is go to the "My Information" page in your account and click the "Convert" button in the "Thank You points" section.
Also, the only charge we apply is a minimal transaction fee. Some of the operators to whom you send recharges could also charge a VAT, but unfortunately that is something we cannot control, as we have no control over the exchange rate, that is also imposed by the local operator.

Thank you for reporting your issue to us! The number you entered for your Mobile Recharge order either does not belong to the operator you selected or it is inactive. The order was not processed, so the money will be returned to your account in a few days, depending on your bank.

More Money Applied to Taxes Versus Number of Minutes
I feel in paying for anything, the taxes should not be more than what you are receiving. While this is a cheaper service to put minutes on the phone versus a monthly plan, there should be more money in taxes than the number of minutes the customer is paying.
