I signed up on January 25, 2026 to test the platform and create a website. Unfortunately, my experience was very frustrating. The interface is difficult to understand for first-time users, and many features are not clearly explained. Compared to other website builders, the workflow feels confusing and inefficient.

Customer support was not available when I needed assistance, which made it harder to resolve basic issues. The token-based system can also become expensive because mistakes and trial attempts consume credits quickly. This makes learning the platform more costly than expected.

Overall, I would not recommend this platform for beginners. There are other website builders that provide HTML and CSS export with clearer workflows and more accessible support. This platform did not meet my expectations.

Based on my experience, its great for my needs. I have lifetime PRO package from promo in early stage, everything works as expected, support always solve and answer everything. Tbh i have no idea, why it has so bad reviews.. Try it yourself.

Idiots. When I did a website, I can only download it packed with next.js - but when you try to make static website or import to vercel.com - the project doesnt work at all !! This is broken app so fak off this shit you lose only a time

It takes them too long to respond, the example projects don't have the same editing formats, some are so complex and different. The documentation is outdated. The HTML versions that are downloaded always have designin errors (which are not noticeable while editing), and the last issue I encountered is that several servers, including my Hostinguer email, detect the teleporthq.io URL as spam and do not allow sending the links via email.

I was using the free plan and told I couldn't use anything over 100 items. Cool, paid for a premium plan and hit with the error message: "File too large. Please reduce its size and try again."

I told support this, I understand that refunding a digital product is difficult to determine who is exploiting. Equally as a consumer its impossible to determine if the paid plan will work without paying. I told support to check the cookies to prove I was not abusing but after 9 days of no contact I got

"It looks like you did create a few projects using the Figma plugin so the import did work. Importing something with the plugin does not require a premium membership so you could have tested to see if it is what you need without upgrading.

Unfortunately, as per our refund policy we cannot provide you with a refund as you did create 3 projects even if you didn't use the product after that."

I think I paid something negligible like £15 but if you need this to work, don't expect a refund.

Great tech support from their chat, as well as a very easy app to help build your site- without much coding knowledge! I really ended up with a site that I love!
The tech support team- Tomi and Paul are very helpful and helped me sort out issues I was having! This has been a game changer for me, as a non-coder, to get my site up! Their help tutorials are also very easy to follow! Thank you!

Support via Discord ist großartig und nimmt sich wirklich sehr tiefgreifend Zeit für die eigenen Probleme und erarbeitet Workarounds. Normalerweise erwartet man bei Supports nach langer zeit eine onboarding antwort, hier hingegen ist die erst antwort iDR schon sehr sachdienlich und man merkt das sich vor der antwort mit dem inhalt tiefgreifend auseinander gesetzt wurde.
