DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Purchased multiple items, they took almost 2 months to get to me after they lied and said they sent them and were returned overweight. Finally got them missing 2 items and a 3rd was faulty. Contacted them, they told me they just didn't have them. No refund offered and told they wouldn't send them. Telesin stole my money.

I placed an order on telesinstore.com about 15 days ago.
Only 10 minutes after placing the order, I realized I had made a mistake and immediately requested a cancellation.
Despite 5 follow-up emails, I never received any response from their customer support.
Even worse, I later received an automatic email with a UPS tracking number, but this tracking number does not exist. I contacted UPS directly and they confirmed that the number is invalid and not in their system.
No real customer support, no answer, and a fake tracking number — this is extremely concerning.
Based on my experience, this website is not trustworthy and should be avoided.

I placed my order with Telesin on November 9, 2025 (Order #TELESIN21945). When the package arrived on December 7, 2025, the main product was missing.
I contacted Telesin the same day, and again on December 8, when they asked for photos. On December 9, 2025, they confirmed that the product had mistakenly not been shipped and promised to send it again.
After multiple follow‑ups on December 11, January 5, and January 12, 2026, I finally received a new tracking number on January 20, 2026.
However, the tracking clearly shows that the shipment was sent to Texas, USA, and on February 4, 2026, it was picked up by an unknown individual at a post office in Giddings, Texas. I live in Denmark and never received anything.
Despite more than three months of waiting, repeated emails, and several promises of resending the product, I still have not received what I paid for. The customer service is slow, unprofessional, and provides no real solutions.
I cannot recommend Telesin.

Received a wrong item and immediately wrote them an e-mail. Their response had nothing to do with what I wrote and now since 10 days then they don't reply to any e-mail. AVOID!

Avoid this store. After more than two months I still haven’t received what I paid for, promised compensation was never delivered, and customer support completely stopped responding.

I have tried to contact Telesin via their chat and via email
Again unfortunately no response
Therefore I cannot recommend shopping here when i do not received my products
The money has been deducted from my account

I received a faulty Telesin Master Grip and it was faulty straight out of the box. I have been trying everything they suggested to do so many times and nothing works, very frustrating company to deal with, just asked for a refund!

I bought an underwater case for my phone and after 3 times of use stopped working contacted TELESIN they don’t answer
Bad company don’t answer and the products are bad

Bought item and it said delivery will be 5-15 days and nothing came or I’ve contacted them and wanted to know the situation of the order. They saying it is out of stock and once it’s there they will ship it to me. If I was you I will keep away from this company or their products. Order number is 18893
Requested full refund also contacted my bank to do charge back as I don’t trust them as how long will it take for them to refund.

I've owned a few Telesin replacement batteries now, specifically for my GoPro Hero 9, so here's my review...

The first set of batteries I purchased were their 9 series. While they were a lot cheaper than the OEM batteries, I found the GoPro was much more susceptible to overheating when they were used. I also found they held about "15 minutes" less of a charge than the official GoPro branded batteries did. In less than a year the 9 series batteries started to bulge. Back then I tried to get them replaced, but was never able to.

I'm not new to Lithium batteries. I know how to properly charge them, what charge you should take them down to, how to store them, and how to avoid damage. I have a set of Lithium batteries (not Telesin) for my Snap-On impact gun, which get used daily and are still going strong after 5 years of proper use. So while I admit that overcharging is the most common cause of bulging, these batteries have always been treated like gold and have never been overcharged.

Truth be told, both of the batteries developed their bulges while they were being used, not while being charged. This indicates the use of either inferior-quality parts or inferior-quality metals in the battery. Not really surprising for batteries from China, which are likely made with Chinesium. I did some research, watched several YouTube videos, and found that early bulging actually seems to be a very common occurrence with these batteries.

That said, because I can't afford to drop $80-100 on official GoPro batteries, and am tired of watching my GoPro sitting here unused, I recently decided to give Telesin batteries another chance. I noticed their newer 12 series batteries (neon yellow ones) had rounded edges to them which might help with the overheating problem. I got the batteries, charged them using their charger (which came with the new batteries) and took them off the charger as soon as they indicated full. I did about a 30 minute motorbike trip, with no overheating, but when I checked the battery it was down below half. So, sadly, it looks like no real improvement in battery charge between the Telesin 9 and 12 series batteries. Not really shocked by this result.

While these batteries work, and I seem to not be having the overheating issues I had with the 9 series, I really don't know if I trust them that much. I figure I'll be treating them as a "charge only when you're gonna use them" batteries and, when I'm not using them, store them at room temperature with around a 50% charge. Hopefully that will make these ones last longer than a year. I have my doubts though.

I ordered TELESIN Mini Magnetic Bluetooth Selfie Stick for Phones on June 3rd and have not received my item.

Purchased underwater selfie stick, it only works three times then stopped working. Contacted the company and confirmed it is a defective product, but they do nothing to solve the problem. Do not buy from them!

I purchased the Telesin underwater remote control selfie stick on September 6, 2024, I tried it underwater on October 31, 2024, the battery lasted very little and when I recharged it it no longer worked. I wrote to telesin and am waiting for a response.

one item was not in stock but seller asked me if i can wait for it which was just one extra day

all 8 items in good condition. all with genuine sticker

would have gone for 5 but have yet to test the underwater case

I ordered an item 16 days ago and I’m still waiting for it…They gave me a tracking number which doesn’t work at all…So, shipping is awful… I’ll update my review with impressions of the product if I ever get it
