Disappointed with TelMDFirst
When I filled out a form on TelMDFirst I stated that I wanted Methylprednisolone, the only medication that helped me in the past. Leah from TelMDFirst contacted me asked to send a photo, I did. And I got absolutely different medicine. I texted her and said I’ve tried those meds before, they didn’t help, I told her that my family doctor prescribed Methylprednisolone before and it did help. No apology back, silence. Why have membership if I am not getting the right medicine and definitely not spending money on the useless one. Leah didn’t even bother to respond when I asked how to cancel. Not even I am sorry it didn’t work from them. Never again.

Besides that I was able to talk with someone and give information and it was handled that way. 5 star. No waiting to pick up my prescription so if it's there or waiting...again 5 star.
Horrible!
Horrible, I was charged$79 just for them to send in a prescription of over the counter meds, without even talking to me. I could have bought myself the meds without paying their dr. I put it in the chart that I had already tried otc meds before the Dr even looked at it. They must not have read that. Either way to charge me for something I can do myself seems unethical. I called back several times to get a real prescription and never got one.

They started off really professional first couple of times calling, but then had a strange experience the last time I called and after they repeated the address of the pharmacy to send my script to, the script ended up being sent to another part of town. Tonight, I called for a simple refill and got a guy named Jay (from India?) on the line and right after I called I got an unknown number on my phone from North Carolina (which I did not answer), then immediately after that I got two text messages containing the following: "You are messaging with Synergy Health Network. To opt out, reply STOP."
(*Note: Never reply to an unknown caller or texter as this is how scammers can finish the loop they need to overtake your phone, which they can deny later).
"Hello Mr (my first name), can you please specify for what medications you need a refill for?"
*Note: I called TelMDFirst back to verify if they sent those strange texts and it was Jay again (I easily recognized his voice) and he said his company only uses the name TelMDFirst when calling (I did not answer these texts nor give "Jay" the name mentioned here -at that time- from another company. I told Jay I do not scam easily. [What I didn't tell Jay is that I (may) know someone in Law Enforcement and Homeland Security]. Not sure if it was him or someone from his job doing this, but it was definitely no coincidence. I will stay with them for now and hopefully the shenanigans will stop.

Whenever I need medication for a UTI it is ordered in a timely fashion.
I first went online like I have done in…
I first went online like I have done in the past for a UTI prescription. I filled out the 20 page information sheet as they asked. I received a text back at 2:54 stating the the pharmacy I use is no longer is "their coverage area". Since they have sent scripts there for me in the past I called the number back and spoke with someone about this. I was told she would get in touch with the technical people to find out why my pharmacy was out of their coverage. Well that was 3 hours ago and this women never called me back or texted me with any info. I was in a lot of pain so I went to an outpt facility which told me that I had a bad UTI and got my script. I was charged the 79.95 and never received any services at all. I will never use telmdfirst again.
