SCAM! Stay away! You will be told your package was delivered but they never send it. They will offer you to pay an additional 15.00 to get what you already paid for. They will tell you that your order is no longer available. It is just a huge scam! TEMU is good TEMN is a scam!

I placed an order in February of this year and still have not received yet. They claim it was delivered but has not they don't honor their commitment to satisfy their customers

Ordered in Jan, now mid August & nothing. Have been back & forth on emails to get a refund & have not yet seen it. It has been dragging on for 8 months now! DO NOT BUY FEOM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered, what I thought, were cute items from Temn, in plenty of time for St Patricks day. I still have not received my items. (Now July 27th) There have been emails back and forth, and the latest said they would send my items for $15 shipping fee!!!! Seriously? I should have known better. Prices were too good to be true. Glad it wasn't a huge $$ loss. Just a stupid judgement call. Buyer beware. Wish I could give them zero stars.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I was so excited to get the clothing item, I ignored the signs. They are such a SCAM! They sent the item and the tge tracker said it was signed for but it ne er arrived. They then resent the item 2 months later and again it was shown as signed for but nothing actually showed up. Now they offer me a refund of 1/3rd of the original price...... DO NOT PURCHASE FOR TEMN!!!

TEMN, TEMU, Thirdsure - are they all the same company? I ordered from TEMN and Thirdsure and received nothing although TRACKER364 claimed my packages had been delivered. I have just contacted TEMN again and have received a text msg from TEMU with a verification code. I am not responding to it as I don’t trust any of them. I got a third of my money refunded from TEMN but I won’t be ordering again from anything advertised on Facebook.

SCAM!!!! Too good to be true and I should of thought of that before ordering and should of looked for reviews but I taken over by how much I wanted the clothing.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY because you will not get the items you ordered, possibly a ring and then lots of drawn out emails, resulting in just lots of frustration.

SCAMMERS! They took my money and said my items were delivered a month ago. I received nothing and when I emailed them they said I would not get a refund but they would reship if I paid $15 more… I am so disappointed! Do NOT give these criminals your money!

I ordered several clothing items from them on March 4, very cute and inexpensive St. Patty's day shirts, jeans, tennis shoes, etc. Still have not received anything. My credit card was charged the correct amount, it states IPL TEMN HONG KONG so I do think it still may come on the slow boat from Japan. I think they are in competition with TEMU out of China, where I have ordered items from and HAVE received everything I ordered and very quickly. They definitely beat WISH and TEMN if TEMN is legitimate. I guess the lesson we must learn is to buy AMERICAN MADE and not things from CHINA or JAPAN. We need to support our country and not theirs. I hate to hear of all these scams, but hopefully Facebook will assist us with refunds if we never receive the items we ordered. Good luck everyone.

A HUGE SCAM!!!!! Do NOT order from this website!!! Take 2 months to get to US from China (expected), but then sent the wrong order and will NOT send you the items that you ordered!!!

It's been 2 months since I placed an order. Says delivered. Wasn't. The email address is bogus. There is no customer service phone number. This company is a scam.

Order several clothes. None of them come. only receave a ring, wich i did not buy. I'm waiting for 2 days for an answer

I ordered some stuff in January from this website and just getting the runaround about my order. Still waiting 2 months for my order or a refund that I haven’t received yet that was said it was delivered. I never received my order that was marked delivered. This is a SCAM.

TEMN is a scam, I too purchased and expected delivery...Been over a month and no clothing I purchased arrived. Complete scam and will report to Facebook as it is how I found them. No word back from customer service and when you hit the tracking link , it says delivered, and my address was correct. BS company . Stay away!
