We have used this service for over a year. My recommendation is do not use it with integration from any property management software (Buildium, Yardi, etc). Their support staff leave so much to be desired. For example, we have gone to them 5 separate times with separate issues and they have resolved the issues 0 times. We have lost tons of labor hours with our staff trying to get the software to work as advertised.

That all being said when it work's like its supposed to its a 4 star program, that is limited by it limited automation options in messages and timing of communications.

I’ve encountered this site twice when trying to contact a rental. They ask for a lot of personal information and there is never an actual unit to tour or rent. I think it’s a scam.

Couldn't be happier with this vendor. Their product is stellar, it's priced fairly and their support is top notch.
