Unreliable and poor communication
Based on our experience this year, we would strongly recommend that anyone booking with this company think carefully.
We have booked our two-month January–March holiday with this company for the past four winters, always booking a year in advance. When we were staying there last February, we booked again for the following January–March.
Imagine our shock when, in August, we called to confirm our dates and discovered that our booking had apparently been cancelled. Nobody had contacted us to tell us. We normally don't confirm dates but last year our friends had their January to March booking completely cancelled at the last minute. Still don't understand why the people who booked after us were not told they were double booked.
This is extremely disappointing and, frankly, an unacceptable way to run a business. We could have arrived in Tenerife only to discover that we had nowhere to stay at a very busy time of year.
After four years of booking with the same company, we expected much better communication and reliability. The most concerning part is that they did not even tell us our booking had been cancelled.
