I was very excited until they came

I was very excited. But they did not stick to anything. The legs were not long enough so didn't really wrap around anything. I bought 3 . 2 for Christmas presents. 1 for me and the remote kit. My sister & brother didn't like them and neither did I. In an email I was told where to mail them for return . I was told not a problem. I paid the postage and returned them. Order #TNKL-14637195

I would rate it a massive zero if I could. The product itself is okay but quite often has just not adhered to surfaces and has been genuinely quite risky and the potential for it to just fall and cause a lot of damage to my phone. It took absolutely ages to arrive, I emailed several times due to needing the product for a specific purpose on a specific date and I was completely ignored by customer services. Fast forward less than a year and it has already totally broken. I have emailed seeking a refund/replacement due to the premium price point and once again, totally ignored, no response whatsoever and I don’t think I’ve ever actually been able to speak to a human being or had any acknowledgement to any of my emails ever sent. Shockingly poor customer service, very average product which does not live up to the bold claims made and advertised of its capabilities. I think I’m mostly just really gobsmacked that there is such a lack of care for people that have spent money on this product and the fact that they just completely ignore their customers is enough for me to say absolutely never purchase from this company. Extremely poor in every aspect and totally not worth your money, time, nor your inevitable frustration. Save yourselves people! Steer clear!

DON'T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY

3 WEEKS AND $70 LATER (INCLUDING THE COST OF SHIPPING) I HAVE RECEIVED - NOTHING!!! And there hasn't even been the courtesy of any response from their so-called "Customer Service".
This is a bad experience in a world where we are all trying to stay positive and trust people again. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS LOT!!!! And just for your amusement read their Return Policy!!!!

No instructions - only for phones

No instructions came with it. Even a picture of the assembled product would have been helpful. Had to go through several useless YouTube videos. The website indicates that it mounts ANY device but only shows phones.....can't see how an iPad would work. Thought this would be a good gift for teens on my Christmas list. Glad I only bought one to try it. Not working for me.

Hassle to assemble

Came without instructions and I don’t like to assemble things anyway. Am annoyed that I had to find a YouTube video to even see how the pieces fit together. If I knew what a hassle it would be to assemble the darn thing I wouldn’t have ordered it. Haven’t tried putting it in my car yet, but it looks pretty straightforward.

terrible response to returning. Absolutely unresponsive--repeatedly told Id get a response in 24-48 hours but after reading this twice, no response in weeks

I placed two orders by mistake for three tenikles each. (I had trouble getting the first order through the website.) When I asked to return three, I was told I would get a response in 24-48 hours. Ive been told this twice (using their customer contact.). After weeks, I still cannot get the information about how to return. I am generally pleased with the product as have those who received these as gifts, but would not order again or recommend due to hte poor customer service. Sorry. Hate to leave a bad review for a good prodcut.

Also their website does not recognize both of my purchases. When I put the order number in _which I have photgraphed from the packaging box, it neither recognizes my email, zip code and order number.

I read that others asked for a return lable and didn't get one either. I padi for the return policy one one of the orders. I would like to have the label and credit to my payment method.

Wish Id read these reviews first.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I had choice ,I would not even give them one star. Horrible customer service . As of June 28th. I am communicating with them to get the return label to send this merchandise back . I send 6-8 emails , since they do not have any ph# , and still nothing happen . this gadget is so big and ugly that I do not want to use it in my car dash . They claim we have to return in 30 days but they waste the time for not accepting free return . Think before you purchase this merchandise.AWFUL customer service

WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE..?

The tenicle only stuck to glass and tried many surfaces that were flat and it fell off shortly there after. Emailed company and got a response that they would get back to me and of course they did not, this was several months ago. There is definitely an issue with this product. I had wiped the cups clean of dust etc...? It's a great idea only if it works..!

Very disappointing

Very disappointing. It does not stick to any surface in my Kia, except the windshield, where it's so massive it obstructs both the driver and passenger's view. Even worse, it fell down seconds after mounting and scratched the metal trim on my console. I tried to return it, but was refused. The 3 weeks it was on back order counted against their 30 day return period!
The product is not some versatile engineering marvel, just their marketing is.
Their customer service is worse than non-existent.
I donated mine to charity. Maybe the person it's given to for free gets their money's worth.

Love the packaging BUT ...

Love the packaging, but there are no instructions for assembly. It looks simple on the surface, but one piece has a starburst pattern, presumably for tension. How is it placed?

Also, WHERE IS THE FREE REMOTE CONTROL?

Never refunded. Very bad experience.

I received the tenikle I ordered only to find out I couldn’t use it because of my chemical sensitivity. The smell was bad. However, they let me return it, and I did so immediately. Also got confirmation from postal service that the package was successfully delivered into the hands of a person there on January 17. Automated messages started coming my way saying they didn’t receive my return. I sent them proof of the successful return repeatedly. Finally, someone got back to me and said sorry, they’re buried but will get to it as soon as possible. But of course they haven’t. It’s now June, and I keep getting the automated reminders, adding insult to injury. A very bad company to work with.

I came across the Tenikle Pro through a slick Instagram ad. The product was advertised as a revolutionary design with impressive versatility—and the site strongly encouraged buying multiple units with discounted bundle offers, which I went ahead with.

Sadly, the experience didn’t live up to the marketing. The product itself is just okay—certainly not as functional or game-changing as presented. The screw mechanism constantly loosens and needs tightening, and the suction performance is poor on most surfaces, despite claims that it works anywhere.

On top of that, it took a long time to arrive, and weeks later, I was hit with an unexpected £35 FedEx charge—a cost that was not made clear at the time of purchase.

What’s most frustrating is the gap between the advertising and the actual experience. Compared to similar products on the market, this falls short on both performance and clarity.

I do almost all of my shopping online and rarely have issues, but this has been one of the most energy-draining purchases I’ve made. I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision. I’ll be more cautious going forward—and I hope Tenikle rethinks both their product quality and how transparently they present their pricing.

We do update our products at least once a year to make them better, and feedback like yours helps us know where to improve. On our site, we note that Tenikle’s suction cups work best on smooth, non-textured surfaces, but we understand this isn’t always clear enough and will keep working to make our communication better.

Regarding the FedEx charge, unfortunately, import duties are set by each country and are outside our control. We know these fees can be frustrating, and we wish we could make the process more transparent for every customer.

Product is worth it

Aside from some very long, drawn out customer service issues, I love the products a lot and they’ve always come through with replacements when something breaks.

J'ai passé commande d'un support de téléphone pour la voiture. Commande confirmée TNKL-640473.
Je n'ai jamais rien reçu. J'ai écrit le 8 janvier, le 22 janvier, le 7 février, le 11 mars, le 2 mai, et encore aujourd'hui. Réponse qui m'annonce "qu'ils" font le nécessaire pour me rembourser, et RIEN ! Du vent ! Encore un site qui vous dégoûté de passer commande via internet.
